If your RC 3.5 is truly 3.5", adding more lift will likely cause front driveshaft issues. Look into upgrading to an Adams.

Anything is possible, except a Gladiator being seen as a car.

Well, not 100% true. To install a winch you need a winch bumper of some sort.
Steel cable or fiber? What bumper is installed?
Which bumper did you start with?
Suspension:
How long has the suspension been installed?
Which shocks? (while not their main job, different shocks can and will hold the attitude of the Jeep differently)
How old is the suspension? (Shocks worn? Newly installed and finally broke in a settled?)
Also, did you use springs that compensate for the extra weight? (again settling)
Between a winch bumper of any sort and a winch you are adding approximately 100lbs to the front end over a stock setup. Then, depending on the answers above, you can easily add another 0-50lbs.
My JTR is stock and dropped 1.25" front with a factory steel bumper, plate and Warn 12s.
The back dropped 1" with a Decked system in the back.
My rake would be more front bias if the Decked system wasn't installed. So, did you have anything in the bed at all?
