Often times multiple electronic oddities are caused by low auxiliary battery voltage. Can you check the ESS display on the instrument cluster and see what it says?

To Kevin’s point, is your auto start/stop functioning or does it say unavailable on the EVIC?

It starts/stops with no issues and there are no other messages other than shown

Aluminum steering gear or has it been upgraded/corrected already to iron? I don't know if the dealers needed to flash anything after the made the warranty swapps for the new iron gear?? Stretching here but trying to help.

Also, for all, would a complete disconnect of both batteries for a 5 minute time out help clear anything and allow us to see a return ( or not) of the faults??

After watching this video seems like maybe an issue with steering wheel position sensor? (Shot in dark) Definetly seems like an electrical issue…. I know the steering is an electro/hydraulic style but maybe there is something more than the pump any way you can get a code? Tazer?

Dealer said my 2020 Gladiator is not applicable for TSB on the steering gearbox replacement.

contacted the Jeep Customer Group as I don't trust this dealer.

That is untrue. The first dealer I took my 2020 to told me the same thing. I then took it to another dealer in my hometown and they replaced the gearbox without the hassle. The service advisor told me on the DL that jeep leaves it up to the service tech to decide if it should be done or not.

Update - Jeep Customer service got involved, but current projection is the end of July to get a warranty steering pump to the dealer. She also confirmed the gearbox TSB is applicable to my Gladiator.

Hand them the TSB and tell them they must prove to you - point to a spot in the TSB that says it does not apply. In reality, it simply says "If the customer describes the symptom/condition listed above, perform the Repair Procedure."
