We had a Trailhawk for a couple of years. Drove well, but not the most attractive. My wife couldn’t stop telling me the taillights looked exactly like a butt hole. I could never see them the same again.

They already make a long wheelbase Grand Cherokee. Take that front end, that drive train, and make it a unibody pickup….

The problem would be they can’t seem to make a Grand Cherokee worth owning for under $40k.

Yes, the Ram Dakota is coming and is basically a Gladiator with a Ram shell.

A mini Gladiator is not that far of a concept. The Ram 700 will be a Mexican built mini truck. Stellantis will have a mini "truck" in its stable. (Source) - note the quotes around "truck".

With the sales of the maverick it'll be interesting to see how the compact truck segment ends up in the next couple years with the other manufacturers.

The Ram 700 is an interesting design, though it would take a while for me to get used to that.
