Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

Well, just got off the CHAT with Customer Care and they're pretty much clueless with providing any detail info as to why my order is delayed other than a vague "Your vehicle is built" but "Pending installation of additional equipment" Typical response, "Contact your dealer."
Logic would be if it is "Pending installation of additional equipment" then it really isn't "Built" is it? Customer Care cannot provide any detail as to what equipment is "Pending Installation".
I would think that the meaning of "Built" implies it is complete. Apparently not so.

well, it could be built and in driving shape but waiting for an accessory you had on the order like a spray in bedliner, side steps, tonneau cover, etc.

I ordered 10/28 and at the same date and with the same options as an owner in Georgia who's been driving theirs for a week now.
I live only 2.5 hours from the factory. Makes no sense. Now waiting for an answer from my dealer

ok. i ordered about a week or so later and still nothing but "we have all the parts for your order", but no date or sticker yet.

Were you notified when you got out of D1 and into E? How long after til you got the build sheet? I'm went to E yesterday and trying to gauge how long before complete. Hopefully nothing in my build to require JB.

Ordered a fully loaded Sting Gray Rubicon last night. Cant wait to get a VIN and watch the process unfold.

A similar process would be:
1. Watching paint dry
2. Watching grass grow
I think it's better NOT to watch. Just wait for the dealer to call you to come pick it up.

I ordered my Punk'n Rubicon JT on 11/21/2019; it's in D Status now. I ordered it fully loaded with the manual transmission. Once it arrives, it'll get the 2" Mopar Lift, 17x8.5 Mopar Rims, still undecided on either 35" or 37" tires. It's going to be a long 6 to 12 weeks......

I’m waiting on mine too, “built” at vendor... bed liner I assume. In JB status, how many more status codes after JB typically? Out of curiosity anyone out there still driving and SJ Gladiator? My daily farm truck is an ‘88 J20 stakebed.

I can provide more tracking info if people are not getting updates from their dealers. I have been doing it in the Gator delayed thread. Your dealers can get all this information as well so if you have a helpful sales person I'd probably ask that you try to go through them first. This is an example of the tracking info. If you're at C or D status typically that is too early on to provide any helpful tracking info. Either PM me your vins or if you don't care you can reply to this post.

What those screens show you really isn’t where the current location of the vehicle is unless you are in KZ status. What is missing is “Last known location”. I can see those too. My last location shows as the “Argus Body Vendor Yard” which is the contracted body vendor for the spray in bedliner. Mine’s been “stuck” there for 13 days now. Either they can’’t keep up with demand OR they wait until there is a big enough quantity in their yard and do them in a batch instead of one here, one there. In either case, THEY are responsible for delaying the delivery if you happen to be the one waiting for the next batch to build up and be sprayed. It’s a timing thing I think. Had I known it would delay my order I would have had the bedliner done locally for the same price. A forum member here in Georgia ordered his the same day as me and with the same options and has been driving his for a week now. I’m still waiting. He must have got in at the cutoff and I got stuck in the next batch waiting until they spray ‘em. If I could cancel it and get it shipped faster I would but I’ve been told “can’t change the order”.

@Gatorized My dealer notified me, told me it was sitting in D1 status forever but finally moved out. When it moved out of D/D1 I didn't get any notification from the tracker here on the site but I don't think I had signed up for it yet either.

Jeep moved out of D1 on Friday and the tracker sent me the build sheet notification on the following Tuesday so it looks like it was 4 days going through frame, paint and trim and the build sheet was generated at J status (Build OKd).
