I am wondering if the constraints for the dual top option is the hard top? I seem to recall on the JL forum of people that ordered the two top option and getting their JL delivered with a “IOU” for their soft top being dropped shipped to the dealer when available for pickup at a later date.

If the dual top is an issue than this is the perfect solution. I cant imagine anyone being mad at that just give them their damn vehicles!

Anyone have any luck tracking the vehicle after it supposedly left Toledo other than calling the dealership?

I’m trying not to pester my dealer but approaching 15 days without an update in Texas. I just figured I would hear something by now. We have bad weather predicted by the end of the week and would prefer my truck to be in the garage at the house for mods than in transit somewhere.

You'll have to bug the dealer. Chat is useless once it hits KZ status. They'll just keep telling you it's approved for shipment but not cleared for delivery. Mine has taken two train rides already according to the dealer and FCA Chat still tell me it's not shipped yet. I even asked if that means it's in Toledo still and they said they can't give a location.

This has to be the hardest wait of the entire process.

Mine was delivered and they told me KZ with no ETA the morning it got delivered.

I’m done with Jeep chat and the tracker. Too many horror stories from people. My dealer gave me an ETA of 7/14. I’m hoping it comes in but I’m a realist. Probably won’t be here until the end of August if I’m lucky

Parts guy wants 4 days with it after that before I can pick up. What lift takes 4 days? Might just tell him I'll install myself.

Just got a call from my dealer that my LE is on a truck from Toledo, Told me that is much better than being on a train as Ive also seen here. Cant give me a date but Im only a 4 hour drive from there. We'll see.

I want to laugh because that is all you can do, but the granite situation is really pissing me off. I didn't even order an L.E.

They better be glad that my favorite letter is C or else I'd be real upset. It honestly is what it is at this point. Nothings going to hurry them along and they aren't going to do anything to make it right so here we are. If I could find a non LE Rubicon with all the LE features minus the dash and badge I'd jump on it, but I can't seem to have any luck so far.

Drivers get paid by the load. It only benefits them to get their load dropped as soon as possible so they can move on to the next.
