Thanks for the hint to goto jeep chat. Got that mine (ordered 11/29) is in D1. Spoke to the dealer, and he said they won't get the build sheet or sticker until it is in ACTUAL build.

Anyone else having issues accessing the Jeep Chat? Wanted to see if I could get an update on my build this morning and the chat button is not opening a chat window. Ordered Hydro Blue Rubicon 12/6. This morning it was built, sent for aftermarket, I assume the bedliner. So far, this thing is going at light speed. Expect holiday shipping may slow it down, but might get an early Christmas yet.

Yeah, I noticed that. Mine still says NONE FOUND on the window sticker, but I've had it since Friday 12/13. Maybe it'll update in the next couple of days.

That's really fast. I really want to know what's up with mine. It's driving me nuts because I bought it for the winter and for an end of year business equipment write off and not I'm not going to get the write off in time or have a vehicle for bad weather lol.

I pinged jeep chat 6:20am and mine, ordered 12/4, is between D1 and KZ status as that is all they are allowed to give. How does everyone get the detailed statuses that are posted?

Jeep Chat told me exactly what status mine was in as it progressed to E, F and G. I asked specifically for the status code.

I asked also and go the reply they can only give out D1 or KZ and mine was between. Guess it depends on who you get on the other side of chat

Talked with them at about the same time, was told all the parts are gathered, waiting for a build slot. I confirmed this is D1, and was told they have no further info.
I agree, it depends on who you get. Now, if I ask [bug] my dealer again ... it’s possible I’d get a more detailed answer.
