Your salesperson can tell you. Jeep Chat no longer gives out status codes, but every dealership can login and see the status in the database. Everyone, Jeep Chat and your dealer, is using the same info unless you have someone following your truck through each process, which I find rather difficult to envision. Even if you knew a person in assembly, they could only tell you when it passed them, and given they assemble thousands of these, they’d likely have no clue which blue Rubicon was which.
Agreed dealers can see it all as status changes. My contact however is not my dealer but in fact someone watching it through the process. I agree however dealer can print the build sheet and the current status is shown in the upper right corner of the sheet. This was mine prior to getting into framing stage.

Was just told my order is in “G” status moving down the line! Woot woot! Still no window sticker yet not sure what stage that gets posted. Here’s hoping the shipping doesn’t hold it up. A
Congrats, when did you place the order?

My build sheet got posted on Nov 10th and I still don't have a window sticker. I don't think the window sticker is available until its in the shipping phase. A lot of us are stuck waiting on getting accessories added on (mainly bed liners it appears).

My build sheet was 11/3, and still no window sticker, but hopefully soon. I thought I might have by Thanksgiving, but I think that's not likely to happen.

I called Jeep Cares, and they mentioned something about Ontario... I didn't really follow... and then back to Toledo. Does that mean anything to anyone?

Yep. Based on Mozeppa’s turnaround with no Mopar options above (3 days from build sheet to window sticker) I think you definitely want to stay away from the body vendor, especially for spray-in bedliners. My build sheet was ready on 10/13 and I didn’t get my window sticker until 11/9. And every time I talked to Jeep Cares the length of time it should be at the body vendor got longer. Lesson learned.

Guess I will see. I actually had the Spray in Bed Liner added while it was in D status before it hit the line. You'd think they would do those in the bed before they even paint it (logically speaking) since I've seen the after market process which requires the paint is removed anyhow...but fingers crossed it doesn't sit in JB that long. My dealer just ordered the wheels/tires today based on it's status and the EcoDiesel lift kit option is in the distribution centers today according to them and they have on on order.

guess I just have to hope I see the window sticker soon seems that’s the indicator it’s ready to ship.

I really just figured the OEM bedliner wasn’t that big a deal and then it would be covered under warranty. Unless there’s something else holding them up at the body vendor.

where is the body vendor? Is that all taking place at the same plant?

B-roc posted a video of it a few pages back (257). From what I gather it’s close to the assembly portion of the process. Here it is again:

Yeah, check out that video. Your truck is finished, then goes to the vendor. From what I could see it all they did was clean and wipe down before application. I thought the way you did, but LineX has a lifetime warranty and they rough your beautiful new finish up before application. Someone had posted this on a thread awhile back:

I’m not that rough on things so I wasn’t as concerned about that part, but if it could save me a few weeks I would skip the factory one. My sales guy has been watching since I mentioned it to him and he said a Gladiator ordered a week after mine came in two weeks back, and the biggest difference was...the bedliner. ?
