Jeep told you that you had an estimated build slot? They told me they can’t give out that info as they don’t have it. Either way I wouldn’t rule it out yet, that’s not for another week. I’m not sure if they work saturdays/sundays but that’s at least 5 business days. It would obviously require a quick turnaround on the shipping.
Yeah for about a week now I've been told that my vehicle is about to enter the build process and is scheduled for production. Before this I was told that my parts were acquired but not scheduled for build yet.
Wouldn't your incentives be based on when you place the order, since that's under your control, vs. when they deliver which is out of your hands?
The incentives are based on when you take delivery of the vehicle.
Ah I’m being told all materials received will enter build process very soon. But they won’t give me a date, sounds the same for you. I don’t think I have any incentives! Stupid! Actually I just looked, it’s $1,500. That would be so nice.
Dealer told me the incentives are locked in on the date of the order unless they go higher. So I would at least get the ones available on the day of the order.
Perhaps you are right, but my dealer said the opposite and when you look at the fine print on the incentives on Jeep website right now it says “Must take delivery by 9/30/21.”
