Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

Ordered on St. Patrick's Day, picked up on Independence Day. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with @Koons_of_Tysons_Corner, 10/10, I highly recommend.

Initial thoughts after driving it home to Michigan:
* glad I went with the diesel, great power and MPG (averaged 27) and so fun to drive.
* hydro blue looks so good imo
* the backseats and bed were crammed with half doors, which made the drivers seat too close to the steering wheel making for an uncomfortable driving position.

I hope everyone gets their JT's in a timely manner. I'm happy to answer questions about my overall ordering, waiting, and delivery process.

For those whose orders actually got a delivery date, how accurate was that date? I just got and estimated delivery of July 29th, I’m hoping it won’t take that long.

Mine arrived at the local rail yard (2.5 hr drive from dealer) on 6/29. They said it will take up to a week to get a truck to pick it up and deliver it, which would be 7/7. My Tracker says Delivered 7/11. So there seems to be some variation in the dates, but in general the tracker seems to post further out than reality.

In my particular case at least, the dealer is sending a driver down to pickup my truck and not wait for the trucking company, so I should have mine today or tomorrow. (fingers crossed)

I got an email 7/4 from Jeep saying congratulations, your Jeep has been built.
Uh, I knew that a week ago already.
Still sitting there, not shipped, still TBD, and still saying 7/19 so I don't expect it sooner at this point.
But then, that's only 2 weeks away.

I checked because I got the email - thinking hey, email, something has changed!
Right - the email simply was a week late in telling me what I already knew last month, the email is like all of the other alerts -
I put in for the order tracking here - never did get a notice when the build sheet was found, never did get a notice when the window sticker was found, and never did get the text alerts to work like Jeep said they would.
So even this forum's emails don't work as you have to check and find out for yourself if a build sheet or window sticker was found. The tracking here doesn't work.

Well crap, I was hoping they would be over estimating. Seems like yours was pretty accurate.

yea, I looked the morning of June 30th and it switched it TBD. Sometime during the afternoon it switched to delivered so it was kinda confusing but fairly accurate. I’m picking it up at 3 today.

Dealer touched base today. Still showing D1 with a 'ship' date now 7/14 instead of the previous 7/15.

The tracker moved me to “Scheduled” two weeks ago. Yesterday, I got an email saying I was “in the Production Queue”. I got excited thinking I’d moved to “In Production”, but the tracker didn’t move. I think the email was just two weeks late telling me that I was now “Scheduled “.

Edit: Just confirmed with the dealer. I’m still in “Scheduled” phase so the email was two weeks late.

my order was processed April 8 and have July 20 estimated delivery. Mine also has tbd on shipped. I have about $8k in new parts sitting I’m my garage waiting to put on, so I’m ready anytime now lol

Tell me about it. Wheels, tires, winch, winch plate, interior storage etc. Ordered 2/25. Sitting at railhead 200 miles east. No trucks or drivers.

Seeing yours and many of the other posts here and there about these things suggests to me that FCA is struggling to get things shipped. Like lack of trucks, lack of DRIVERS, train issues, once it gets to the destination for the train, no drivers for the trucks at that end and so on.
My dealer said that they've had some arrive a day after getting to the yard at KC, and he's had trucks sitting in KC for almost a month waiting for a truck ride to Des Moines.
