So I generated a control number in June I believe and the expiration date is 1/3/2022. I did not think my22 would take this freaking long to come out, so I started getting concerned that by the time I order a 22 and it gets delivered that number might expire. So since rumors were saying Jts might lose this discount I generated my 2nd number early this morning thinking my expiration for it might be further out. Well guess what it’s still 1/3/2022. ?‍♂ . When can new control numbers be generated again ?
1/4/2022. They are good for a calendar year and reset every Jan. At least, I think thats how it works.

Are you guys showing up we pre-approved car loans with your credit union to compete with their financing? Or is their financing as good as I hear? It’s for my dad and he has top tier credit.

I had them run Chrysler and I did my own loan. Local credit union offered me 2.9% and Chrysler offered me 3.4%. Ended up using his offer because it came with 1% discount from Gupton and $1000 from Chrysler. I asked if he could match the 2.9% and he said most likely but the additional $1000 covered the interest difference and was $500 less over the loan. Me and my wife are around 760ish for what it’s worth.

Gupton offered me 2.79% when I picked up my gladiator in July, when we picked up my wife’s wrangler in September it was 2.69% thought those numbers were pretty good

I'm either going with what they come up with or going with Lightstream. It's hard to beat their rates and it's unsecured so you have the title right out the gate. I've paid off two of their loans now and its the easiest lender I've ever dealt with.

Well that's good to know......makes it easier to sell or trade is you have the title in hand.

Our CU has them beat by a half point, but it will be secured.

Now that I have a ship date I am starting to really truly consider all the stuff I want to upgrade. Did any of you have Gupton do a lift/tires/mods, etc?

That's a good question. A place like that could make a killing even if they only upgraded 10% of sold orders.

price was pretty steep. They offered 10% off their prices since your buying a jeep from them.

I don't know that after sales service is really part of their business model. The steep price mentioned there probably reflects that. You're better off breaking it in with the stock setup, then DIY or having an indie shop do it. If warranty is a concern... I guess good luck finding a local dealer to do it that doesn't totally suck.

Wonder if they wouldn't be able to handle the demand otherwise.
