One of my Gladiators suffered a broken end link bracket at the top on the frame. My dealership says that they have never seen this. But my neighbor had the same thing happen to his too. Seems like it might be a weak link.

Yes, it is lifted with the factory Mopar 2" lift. So if it is an incompatibility issue, it's totally on Jeep. Unless they designed, built, and installed a "faulty" kit on my JT.
Or the installer didn't install the correct links. How long are yours from bolt to bolt?

So with al these threads about broken sway bar brackets, are any of them a Rubicon? Or does not matter on trim?

Sounds like we all have to be proactive and get it upgraded and it reinforced to prevent it. Bummer
Mine came from some pretty tough use, but a good idea if you are going to run it hard.

Mine was Mojave trim with the advertised "reinforced" frame....LOL..

I "believed" my bracket was broken when I fishtailed on an icy road...Thats the only event that happened anytime colse to the time mine broke...No off-roading for probably a month prior to the break....

My understanding is the frame of Mojave and rubicon are the same Mojave different is “suspension reinforcement points on frame”. It’s really a bummer on this design flaw. That plate is too thin. How did you end up fixing?

Paid $600 to the dealer to weld the bracket back together...
If you was closer. I would have charged you a 6 pack for welding it up.

Ouch!

Most of the independent fab or muffler shops around here would have done it for $100 or less.

Yea, I knew I was going to get screwed but I had several other warranty issue for them to address. It was a "Kill two birds" kind of situation......They also "worked on" my start/stop problem for the 4th time and failed to fix it AGAIN. I knew they failed to fix it immediately when they told me to wait for 10 day for their "fix" to start working...Apparently magic takes 10 days at my dealership.....LMAO....

The other warranty issue involved a part they had forgotten to order. So, the basically took my $600 and sent me packing...So yea, I sure wish I lived closer to RustyPW or had taken it to a local welder....I should have known better !!!

FYI.....I case anyone is wondering, the dealer is Faricy Brothers in Colorado Springs...Disclamer: My experience with Faricy is mine alone and I hope others have had better luck .....
