some dealers suck. The quickest fix i found is to go to another dealer. I bought mine in Toledo and they were great but i live in Virginia so i can't really go to them. I didn't like my local dealer at first cus i originally went to them to buy a gladiator and their sales department was pretty rude and wanted 12k over sticker and no legit reason as to why. They tried to tell me the Mojave was a limited run and the 2 they had were the only ones i could get. when i said i wanted a factory order they said it was an additional 5k to do so. KMA. Anyway fast forward to me needing warranty work that another dealer was not willing to work with me on. I headed back to my home dealer willing to just pay to get my issue resolved. Thier service department was top notch. No questions, just took pics, filed for warranty and got the part swapped in 4 hours, and gave me a loaner. I know the Jeep Wave program states free loaners but a lot of Dealers won't honor it. Anyway my Dealer has been a blast to work with, they are always happy to see me and never question any repairs needed. If it can be warrantied it just is. no bush beating. They spider web swirled the shit out of my paint during a complementary wash. Poor kid that did it didn't realize you can't start scrubbin a muddy truck. He personally apologized and they offered to hire a local detailer to buff it out. Its honesty like that, i wish all dealers had. They make bank regardless, and tbh it doesn't cost them that much to properly take care of customers. greed ruins it.
