So they are forcing you guys to purchase an option because they made a mistake? sounds like a win win for them.

Just tell your dealer that he can pick up the forced cost, or you can cancel your order whichever he prefers.

I wanted the front trail cam on mine, he said it was "restricted" and could not be added at this time, I wanted the winch ready bumper, not available at this time, I still don't know what it's going to have for a bumper, but if it's that piece of flimsy shiite that comes on the Overkand/Sport /Sport S I'm going to be pissed.

Honestly, I don't think FCA was ready to go to market with these things.

Same here... Steel bumper wasn't even on the dealer build sheet that was submitted, yet bedliner was added... Told my dealer I'm not paying for the bedliner, since I never told them I wanted it. As far as the bumper, I do not like the look of the plastic one that comes in place of the steel one. Not very happy with the way this is all going down...

Well I for one ....I'm going to wait for aftermarket manufactures to start rolling out bumpers I always use Genright and only Genright. I just sent them an email and asked when they will start working on Gladiator parts as for the bedliner I got plans for that and a garage to work in too easy.

Completely agree it's been a sh*tshow (my order's been in for almost 3 months and still no VIN), but you also have to remember that it's still the first half of 2019 and they are having problems with a 2020 MY launch.

This is making we worry a little bit. I have a black Rubicon w/o bed liner that has been in ‘I’ status for 5 days now....

You guys think it's possible that FCA is doing this to cover hail damage?

My dealer says they will have to disclose the damage. I have him looking into it with his Regional Sales Rep.
