Yesterday, in Utah with my daughters and their Jeep's. The snow got deeper as we climbed in elevation. Just enough we were leaving "diff" trails in the snow. Perfect fluffy powder snow and a great day of wheeling! Dad still drives a truck.

Nice set of rigs! Your white Utah Gladiator is VERY similar to my white Utah Gladiator. I would even like the front bumper you have over the front bumper I have :D Is that 5 mile pass area or ???

What is that? What. Is. That?! Traction aids?!

lol. ;) just kidding.

You should pick up a set of Rubi/Moj takeoffs off CL. The JT is really capable with good A/T tires. The traction control system really is phenomenal. I'm in the foothills of the Cascades off Hwy 2 and just over a week ago we headed over to Leavenworth on Friday after work to see the lights. Walked around a bit, left for home a little after 8pm, as the snow really started to dump. Tumwater Canyon was awesome. DOT closed it around midnight because of snow.

The OEM LED headlights are the downfall of the JT, though. I pulled over a couple times to clear off the snow. Fog lights don't get blocked, though.

I'm thinking I might pick up some amber covers for my bumper lights as the white light really sucks in the snow.

Ran up to Lonesome Lake this weekend with a couple other jeeps. Drive up was pretty decent... drive down was getting pretty sketchy as the temps dropped and ice started building up. Turns out Trail Grapplers are great in snow... not so good on ice :)

STFU I was on 75 towards Lonesome Lake! Stopped pretty early since I was only trying to sled with the kids.
You must've got that pic of the mountain right after Haller pass?

Yep ! On the way out there was a big group of Jeeps right at the top of Haller Pass with a couple campfires going and kids running around sleding and generally having a great time. Once pass Haller it was much less travelled and got to the point if you slid off the packed snow you were up to the axles in powder and just spinning all four tires. Did our fair share of winching and pulling both ourselves and others out of the snow.

We were up on Mt. Hebo (Oregon) yesterday. Stayed green until we hit 2,800 feet (the little "mountain" is only 3,100 feet high). There's an old early warning air force station up there (it's been decommissioned for years).

We didn't get any pics, so here's a short video (with wife sound effects).
Beaver, Mt. Hebo area is on our list to explore this summer, looking forward to it.

There are a ton of really beautiful trails. We've been going for years (it's really close to home). Nothing challenging there as far as wheeling, but it's a really relaxing area. Quite a bit of wildlife as well.
