Anyone buy anything from this company? How did that go? Anygood?

Attempting to view their website; they have a popup in the middle of screen that stops and blocks any further action unless you submit your email to get marketing emails.
Anyone else? Anyone contact them and Complain. cannot get to that part of the site without signing up.

I just tried their website and I get that popup.

It appears you cannot close it because an "X" is not visible in the upper, right corner, but if you hover in that area, the cursor will change to a pointer finger and then you can click and close the popup.

No idea on the website issues. As far as how our customer experience has been, I have nothing bad to say. We have bought lift kits, rooftop tents, fridges, water tanks, air compressors, camping gear.....pretty much everything other than bumpers and they have all been of the same or better quality than anything else we have bought at similar price points.

The FJ40 we have in the shop will probably get springs and shocks from them at some point during it's build, and their awning and hardshell tent are still on my personal custom-built, off-road trailer. 5 years and countless miles/trips later.

Edit: Couple quick shots of the trailer mentioned above.

The X to closeout the pop up is in the upper right hand, I'm on desktop currently and can see it alright, maybe different on mobile.
I was on a desktop using Google Chrome earlier when I couldn’t see the “X” to close the pop up.

I bought a RTT + awning from them last year, they were good people to deal with. Answered questions and had decent prices…

I bought Slider Steps last year (for my 2024) and love them!! The quality is superb… Instructions to install them - could be better.

The Story: Their website advertises the slider steps fit only 2020 - 2022 Gladiators. I did some research and couldn’t find any reason why they wouldn’t fit my 2024. I called them on the phone and talked to a very nice gentlemen whom said “I’ll have to get in contact with our engineering team and give you a call back”
I never got a call back…. I tried calling again but could never get thru. I ordered them anyway and was happy to see they bolted right up. I sent them an email with photos & such telling them they fit my 2024. They replied back pretty quickly with THANK YOU and offered me discounts.

That was 9 months ago… they still haven’t updated their website to say the Slider Steps fit up to 2024.

I have nothing negatively to say about them ….. but I honestly think (and/or it feels like) they’re a small company who’s grown too big to support themselves on the back-end (aka business logistics).

I've bought a bunch from IM4x4 for years, Toyota stuff. I'm local to them as well and have been to their warehouse a handful of times.

The long and short of it is, they have great products at great prices. They're an international company with an American storefront, so many of their products are international apps and the local team is not able to get a lot of info in a timely and often accurate matter.

If you're even slightly skilled mechanically you can get good stuff that you may have to use your own skill to figure out.

They're not for everyone, but their products are a great value.
