Has anyone had a good experience with Jeep Cares or is it a waste of time?

Good experience. They contacted a specialist who created a case who worked with the dealer I went through and things got resolved.

Things started out with a case manager who called me in person. Then they transfered me to someone else who does not respond to emails and I still have issues. Been 7 months

My case manger called a couple of times and seemed to be interested in finding a resolution.
Guess it might be a little bit or miss?

I went through JeepWave with two issues and they were great (TSB for steering box and replaced drag link). They were able to get parts much sooner than what the dealer was telling me they could get them. I was actually impressed and glad I did not have to hound some parts guys at the dealer. They always followed up too to let me know the status of the parts.

As of 7/3/25 still a joke have cancelled my complaint twice Don't think the call Center is even in the USA...

@JeepCares called me but I can't say they actually do anything. Four dealership visits in 2 months of ownership. It's been at the dealership for over 2 weeks. The tech told me it probably needs a new transmission but they have to go through the steps that Jeep requires before doing so. They're going to replace some parts that probably won't fix it. Then when it malfunctions again I can bring it back and replace more parts. I would love it if they would buy my Jeep back.
