Yeah, that reminds me. My service writers seem to have no idea what “Jeep Wave” is. I just tell them that I get “free service.” They look sideways at me, and then when I get my sheet when it’s done, always from a different service writer, for some reason, they say something like “I guess there’s no charge”.- rampant dealer ineptitude.
I’m assuming at some point in the process someone with a brain gets involved, the computer or STAR system tells them there’s no charge or they’re just so stupid that all a customer has to do is tell them they have some thing that gives them free service. “Yeah, my Jeep is G14 Classified by Stellantis so all maintenance is free until the next Year of the Chicken .”

BTW, I have used all the Jeep wave oil changes. Get the same deal for my Ford F250 6.7 PS diesel.
