For those of you that got the message “check in saved” at some point, click on your profile to see your badges. I saw the 250 there just now and then clicked go to order page and was able to order it now even though you can’t check in anymore.

I logged out yesterday hoping to log back in and maybe get a reset. Now app says my password is wrong and when I request a password reset it never shows up in my email.
I feel like I'm at the service department trying to get warranty work.

I could never get it to work yesterday. It kept saying I was offline.

Metalcloaks website worked just fine and I ordered a 2.5" Gamechanger lift, so I guess I got that going for me, lol.

If you can even get to the profile page. I was finally able to get logged back in this morning but every page is blank and my profile page says No Connection.

I tried for 13 hours. Got through once, said I earned a badge and went to the put in address screen, died and said no connection, got through another time and it said I already earned this badge... Nothing has shown up anywhere. Oh well.

Got the original error a day ago. Said badge earned, but no connectivity. Yesterday, got the too busy error page.

today, finally showed up under profile tab. Completed by tapping on "request hard badge"

So 24 hours of attempts paid off. Finally got in today and app was working really well. Good luck to the others with issues, try again as they seemed to have restarted the servers

Started trying at 9 am central time until 3am and never could even get logged on. Always no connectivity ( in my house with full wifi) or error message and just try again later. Really sucks. I like the no connectivity badge that was put up, would even pay for that now!

Just got on and got to earn the badge and submitted my request. Now the wait. They’re still available as of 8:30PDT.

I was in the app before midnight. I wasn’t about to lose out on another badge like the JW one.

After 40 minutes, I got all the way to the order form to input my address. The app logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in!

I finally got back in around 2:30, but it took until 2:50 for the form to be accepted.

Yep took me hours... I kept getting a network not connected error... it would not let me check in initially... so dreadfully, I logged out thinking if I did that and logged back in, it would fix it... reset, all of my network, my router, everything... eventually realized it wasn't me. But then it wouldn't let me log back in... persistence paid off and eventually, I went right through the process pretty easily... I was surprised. Now we'll shall see what happens from here.

Somehow I got logged out and can't get logged back in. Figure I'll try again in a few days when it settles down.
