I wonder why wire a relay that will look so obvious instead of using a truly remote controlled relay?
They are truly plug and play. Pull PDC cover, pull original relay, plug in the remote relay, put PDC cover back on, done.
Roughly $100
Here’s one after doing a quick search. *I don’t know the company or product so am not endorsing it in any way, form or fashion, just saying.*

I have a feeling I bought my 41.22 to take it apart to see all that’s wrong with it. * (Not saying it doesn’t work) I also don’t like that wire poking out the top of the module. It just says “this isn’t normal”. At least a remote module doesn’t look funny and doesn’t have 16’ of wires with useless connectors and a switch to hide. IDK, I’m back on the fence.

I do not want a second remote to carry around . This being hard wired with a fixed switch is what I was looking for .And I do not think that a thief would go straight to the fuse block there are so many different reasons that a vehicle will not start .

If it’s under a locked hood, no one will see it.

I saw that one as well. I didn’t want a second remote. I didn’t care if remote start didn’t work if the switch was flipped.
So how do you hook the remote up to work with the homelink button on the visor?

AAAHHHHH!!! but it has to be running for the homelink to work? Or just in the on position?

I like where your head’s at. Just the run position. I do it a lot to open the garage. Super smart. Now you’ve got me looking for home link relays. Damn you.

After reading many threads of folks here having their rigs stolen, it’s pretty appalling how easy it is to steal a Jeep. Found a reply that recommended the 41.22 kill switch and recently received mine.

Some folks on that thread asked I post my experience

Finally got it installed today - super simple and took about 45 minutes to make it tidy. Run a wire through the hole in the firewall, hook up a ground wire to the body, mount the control box and replace the relay. Adding a picture below so you can see a few of the details.

switch works as advertised.

Yes, I know this too can be defeated by a pro, but I’ll wager most doing this are not pros and anything that makes it harder is a good thing.

check it out at https://41twentytwo.com/product/vehicle-kill-switch/
I finally got around to ordering mine and I am curious how long it took to get yours? I ordered mine over a week ago and still haven't received any updates. I tried reaching out to the company but have yet to get a response from them.

Speaking from my experience my order in to the time I got mine was about 2 1/2 weeks. I also sent a email to them and never a response.

It took nearly two weeks for it to ship. Then it came fast.

And yet there's pictures and videos posted of thieves opening the hood and going to the fuse box..............
Thus the reason to put on good hood lock system if you do anything like these relays that scream "I'm a kill system! Look at me!".

if they have an oem relay with them right? To your point, nothing will stop a pro. Everything you can do to make it harder is a plus.
