I satisfy the Lemon Laws for Wisconsin. Not sure what I should do. I don't want this to be a problem for years.

Are the dates for the ball joints about the same as the axle seal? Seems like a trend is forming.Well they fixed the clicking noise with the ball joint nuts and the seal isn't leaking yet but the axle is making the same sound it did when I first noticed it leaking. Sounds like a tire rubbing on the fender well at a certain spot in the wheel's revolution. Only hear it at very slow speed, like when parking or taking off.
Check the wheel weights. Some shops use a fairly thick stick-on weight and it ends up touching a caliper. I've seen some weird stuff caused by weights.OK so i'm still chasing this rotational knock noise so I put my spare tire on and it stopped. Spare is a matching wheel and tire. So i checked the other wheel for damage and found nothing. Maybe lug nuts were just lose? Maybe they backed off due to the wheel design not allowing the lugnut to seat properly as the are AEV JK specific wheels? I'm running black M14 1.5 Bulge Acorn lug nuts.
I have seen shops double stack stick on weights also and cause like issues.Check the wheel weights. Some shops use a fairly thick stick-on weight and it ends up touching a caliper. I've seen some weird stuff caused by weights.
Check the stick-on weights, check caliper, etc. for signs of something touching it. You'll have to look really close as a weight just brushing a caliper can sound pretty bad but not leave big marks.
Make sure the wheel fits flat against the hub area too..........
I think you just found out it's wheel-related and not axle or differential related.
In those cases, they need to try rotating the tire on the wheel 180 degrees........... or there's a problematic tire or wheel involved. But how many really think beyond mount it, do a quick balance, get it out the door..............I have seen shops double stack stick on weights also and cause like issues.
Well, while installing my Mopar lift kit this past week I have noticed that the axel leak has returned on the back right.Got a call last week from the dealer and a message from @JeepCares letting me know that the part was in. I dropped off the Jeep this morning to be repaired and I am praying the leak doesn't return...
Well I thought mine was fixed and after cleaning it up and checking it weekly for a few weeks it was dry, but today a small drip at the edge of the brakeshield again not dripping like the original leak, but it's there...smh@JeepCares Had my axle fixed at 6800. Looked at it tonight here at 8300 and the axle is leaking again. Taking into dealership tomorrow.
I cleaned mine up after repair really well and checked it weekly for a few weeks and it was dry, but today a small drip on the bottom of the brake shield.....smhReceived the "it's just residual fluid, we'll give it a fresh cleaning" lol. So I'll be back in a week or two.
