My truck will be sitting for at least a month without any usage and there will be no-one to move it around. I wanted to see if that will impact the tires in any way. The tires are 37" MT Baja Boss.

They will get a flat spot that will make you think the tires are out of balance. Should clear up the more you drive it.

When you start storing it multiple months without taking the wheels/tires off the ground, those flat spots may not work themselves out the next time you drive it.

And the effect is rather funky once the flat spots are no longer synchronized and they alternate hitting the pavement - left then right then left and so on. On my WJ, which sat a month at a time once in a while, it could take up to a mile or so to clear up.
The tires on my car have never done that and it sits in the winter.
I do recommend raising the tires just off the ground, though, and do that with my trailer as it's so simple to do.

In my experience - different tires react differently - some will, some won't, and those that do - the severity may vary.,

You’ll be fine. Modern radial tires can sit for months without issue. I have a car that sits all winter in a garage, come spring it’s ready to go with no prep.

RV sitting for months thumped for a while then it cleared up. If it's doing so, just drive around a few miles at lower speeds until it evens out. Maybe add air during storage. But for one month I bet nothing happens.

Yes, he'll be fine - but some "modern radial tires" DO get flat spots when sitting. Been there, experienced it over and over through the years.
The point is - some will flat spot, some rather badly, but they will come out of it.
Ideally, air them up a bit more when sitting for long periods.
My Grand Cherokee sat only 1 month and developed flat spots. My car usually will not. Both with modern radial tires.

I guess one can think of the dealerships with cars and trucks that sit for long periods. Many sit with higher than normal air pressure, but they do sit.

A month will probably not be an issue. As mentioned, over inflate them some if concerned.

For longer term storage, consider over inflating and using FlatStoppers. I use them for my "fun cars" that sit long term over the winter. Don't forget a battery tender too.

Yep just inflate the tires to their max pressure indicated on the sidewall and it will be good for several months. Just don’t forget to deflate them to the proper pressure before driving of.

I have 35" MT Baja Boss ATs on my 2-door JK, and they are the only tires on my fleet of vehicles that "flat spot" after sitting. They do this even after sitting for only 3-4 days. It's noticeable driving out of my neighborhood (fresh, smooth pavement), but luckily it goes away quickly. After sitting for several weeks, it seems to take just a little longer for it to go away.

I now inflate them to just under max pressure when sitting for several months during the winter. For a month, I'd recommend inflating them to 5psi under max and leave yourself a note to deflate before driving.

When I do a new vehicle prep, one of the steps at the finish of the prep is to inflate the tires to the maximum pressure listed on the sidewalls. This is based on the reasonable assumption that the vehicle may sit for some longer period of time. Many years ago, a friend had a '68 Plymouth Road Runner that he wouldn't drive much. It sometimes took a half hour of driving for those redwall tires to stop thumping audibly. Took even longer for the ride to smooth out.

Floor jack and throw 4 jack stands under it if you are worried but for a month I wouldn't too much.

Folks deploy for months at a time and return without tire issues (other than the occasional flat).

I did once return to a dead battery though, lol. As they said above…I’d put it on a battery tender and it should be fine.
