Hello everyone,

With the addition of a new member in my family I am CONSIDERING letting go of my Gladiator. I know there is so many people here who have an eye on the market and are able to give valuable insight on the market that is all things Gladiator. I am looking to see if maybe i am overshooting if i decide to list my Gladiator on the private party sector for 38k. It is a 2021 Gladiator Max tow package with 31k miles. I have attached a video and spreadsheet with the parts added. I know that parts don't mean value to the vehicle which is why i think 38k is reasonable but also gives a reference to someone who might appreciate the modifications done to the vehicle. Any input would be greatly appreciated so i can kind of establish a solid ground on listing if i choose to go that route. Thank you guys in advance! Also Happy Holidays!

I always get prices from Carvana and/or Carmax and add 3K to their price if I'm listing a vehicle private party.

Not sure what your situation is, but I have a family of 4 (9yo daughter and 4yo son) and I find that the Gladiator provided sufficient space. That said, both are front facing with my boy in a car seat. While a rear facing seat takes up more space, they won't be in that seat forever.

Good luck on whatever you decide!

‘that’s odd as private party is usually less than dealer, that’s why people buy private party.

The dealers here have the 2021 with max tow and 30k miles for @$32k, certified, so $38k might be too high.

There are a few recent sales at Orlando and Tampa Manheim auctions.

$26,700 - 12.19.24 - 38k miles - 4.7 condition
$26,800 - 12.17.24 - 34.2k miles - 4.4 condition
$28,000 - 12.17.24 - 37.2k miles - 4.7 condition
$28,600 - 12.5.24 - 36.5k miles - 4.8 condition
$26,600 - 12.3.24 - 33k miles - 4.6 condition
$25,000 - 11.27.24 - 44k miles - 3.8 condition
$29,250 - 11.26.24 - 28.7k miles - 4.6 condition

These are wholesale prices, so add about $5k to get to retail.

Seems you're a little high at $38k, but you never know. Snazzberry is a great color and you might find someone that really wants it.

My '23 Rubicon stickered at $61K, Carvana's offer is $40K after 4,500 miles, which is what I paid for it this August.
