For me I find its road noise which is the worst. As other have stated my wildpeaks now at 36,000 miles have doubled in noise and the type of road, and speed driven ratchets up the noise tremendously. When I am on black asphat type road its much quieter but when I travel on the cement which is mostly what is in Houston and surrounding the noise doubles. The faster I drive the noisier it gets down below. I have a soft top so there isn't much that can be done for the wind up high but I really don't find that to be nearly as bad as the road noise. Hoping soon to put in some kilmat and then some armorlight flooring and get some new tires that won't be as noisy. That about as much as I will do cause I often have the doors and roof down. Have a nice set of driving earplugs that I can pop in when on the freeway

How'd you make that happen? I used 3 different browsers and I can never get past "Add to Cart" as this has NO effect. I was just curious about the pricing but it appears that it will stay a mystery.
Even though there is only one color option, you still have to choose it. So click on the color option and it'll light up the add to cart button.. The website is pretty stupid for doing it that way.......
Ah it's the little things . I'll go back and try again later. Thanks for the heads up!
Yeah, you would think that when there is no actual selection to be made, it would just default to the only option. While the website may be not up to snuff, the product is.

One word of advice to anyone that may be ready to press that "Buy Now" button, make sure you buy additional adhesive. While the TopLiner does come with adhesive sheets that are cut to fit certain spots, I do not feel like it is really enough. I have read a lot of people using different things, such as 3M Spray Adhesive. I have had good success with 3M VHB tape on other projects so I used probably a roll of it in areas where the CoverKing adhesive sheets were lacking.

Can you post a photo of this??
Can't find anything on it. When I look up the 2024 model year it doesn't have a part diagram yet. When I search I see "windshield insulator" come up, but when you click it there is no info.

I think it's just too early.

From the Wrangler press release:

" On High Altitude, Rubicon X and Rubicon 392, a standard premium cabin package adds acoustic front glass, thicker carpet, and additional sound-deadening foam in the windshield header, front cowl, and B-pillars for a quieter ride. "

My assumption (fingers crossed) is that this will be an easy add behind the trim pieces once we can track down the part numbers as they have been added to the Gladiator as well.

Anybody have pics of a 24 wrangler with the windshield down? Might be able to spot the foam in there.

Also, another consideration, I had my jeep undercoated by Zeibart and that included the inside of the doors. So, applying mats to the inside of the doors will have to be inside the panels. Can't put it on the door skin.....

EDIT: I didn't catch the "whole interior" piece of your question. This was just for every bit of white fiberglass...

Here's what I used: 2 boxes with no full sheets remaining (but a lot of remnants)

Don't forget the rollers...they are worth it.

I drove a soft top/soft door CJ7 in high school, college and 3 yrs to my first real job. The JT platform is nicely refined. :)

This kind of has me leaning to a foam fill. Which wouldn’t be hard to do now either.
I think I’m pretty happy with the Killmat and windshield weather stripping. ??‍♂ even before this it’s the quietest Jeep I have ever owned.

Material wise it took 2 boxes of 80mi 36sqft Killmat. $100 on Amazon. Photo shows Killmat with 4mm siliss liner over parts of the Killmat…. Pretty sure the Killmat did 90% of the deadening…

My first post on page one ???

I was looking at that and wasn't sure if you did all four doors along with the floor and roof

I used 50 sqft doing the roof and entire floor. I did not have any left over. I also installed cover king on the roof, which also helped. Later I replaced the factory carpet, after It got ruined, with armorlite and that help even more with the road hum.

But quiet is relative and I'm still driving a brick down the road with big tires.

Sweet, I think I'm going to do the windshield and part of the floors tomorrow. I bought a 36 sq ft box of Silless 80 mil. We'll see how it goes. Maybe concentrate on the areas closest to the wheels.

I can't line the outer door skins because I already had the whole thing rustproofed. SO I'll have to see what I can do under the door panels....

Well, I got a 36 sq ft box of 80 mil. I've gotten it across the back floor and then installed it in the front footwells too. Even the skeptical navigator admitted there's a difference in the noise level.
Next is the windshield and then how to deal with the doors that have been Zeibart treated on the inside. They said I can't apply the sound deadener inside because of their treatment, so now I'm trying to decide what to put in there.
