All new to me as well. I asked these questions of Metalcloak before purchase, my questions and responses are listed earlier on this post.
with gaining 3.5 at front bumper I was surprised to gain so little else where, as the lift took out more rake than I expected. Ultimately happy with with lift and the on and off-road performance. If I want to regain someof the rake, I may look to add taller rear springs from another manufacture or a small spacer for just the rear.
I had a 0.75" daystar spacer added to the back. It's still just a tad low in the rear. So I just ordered a 1.5" rusty's spacer that I'm going to switch to instead. When coupled with the bed rack I'm getting and tent, I'm hoping it'll be just right.

:bandit: I’m sorry that I kinda went to a multi shock review, that brought out war and piece. The big thing is budget too... that’s why I went to the falcons... you get a lot of bang for the buck. Good luck on your decision sir! :movember:
sass JT - Are these the ones you're running sir? Thank you kindly.

*and no, the multi shock review/summary was perfect, been trying to wrap my head around the various systems avaliable - weighing benefit against cost for each

Thank you bcunning82. I know I'll be happy with this system from what I've read and researched. I may do the same thing, maybe a 1 inch spacer for just the rear, for just a little more height.

Just a word of advice for anyone installing any lift:

After 2000 miles on my lift, my front tires were completely worn. I never got it aligned. Also, the bolts for the control arms, sway bar links, etc were all coming loose. My toe was way off and I was essentially scrubbing off rubber while driving. It still rode pretty good and I did not have vibration, steering wheel shake, or anything out of the ordinary.

2 new tires and an alignment later, things are back on track. I did not realize how much better it would ride with proper alignment and getting all the front end bolts tightened up.

YMMV, I am probably just an idiot who could not feel what was going on.

Currently very happy with my Metalcloak GC 3.5" lift and 37x12.5s.

thanks for sharing... yes anytime you change to a full aftermarket suspension you should get your alignment checked.

Also a reminder to all... you will need to check your torque on each bolt/nut on replaced suspension parts too. General guidelines I use, 500 miles after lift, 1000 miles, then every oil change or if I hear something that isn’t normal.

I'll definitely be heeding that advice, about to do the same MC lift, wheels and tires should roll up soon. Glad to hear it's smooth sailing now.

Awesome. Let me know how you like it. I'm on the fence between RK, Mopar, and MC.
MC seems like the best bang for the buck so far.

At 3.5, i need your opinion if we need to do a DL flip or steering upgrades. Let me know if we need to address anything with the rear as far as pinion goes.

Last, how many weeks did it take for delivery? My previous kits took about a month... With this pandemic going on, not sure how long it will take.
