Depends who you ask
:) - Anodized Gold looks more like the cheap goose neck on 80's BMX bike than the quality look that comes from our Gold Zinc Chromate process... trust me, we tried it many years ago when we came out with Double Adjustable Aluminum control arms.... no bueno in Gold. - Matson
Was more in jest than anything. I have plenty of MC gold under my Gladiator. That was one thing i hesitated because of . I have to say the O***** shocks look pretty good in gold but ouch in the price. They should be gold plated.

So do these work with diesels? is the adjustability the same for both the gas and the diesel?

Yes, nothing should be in the way for mounting and the adjustability allows them to be customized to any rig.

Installed my set two weeks ago to compliment my Gamechanger 3.5" lift. The install process was pretty easy minus the fact that there was no way I was going to compress those shocks by hand. I have yet to pay around with the adjustability. So far I've been riding on level 1 as I've been told that would keep them right about where the Rocksport Reds are. I'm guessing 1 is softest and 8 is firm. I was not able to make the vehicle move at all trying to push down on my bumper so they are a little more firm than what I'm used to, but they do a great at soaking up the bumps through the rough Ohio and Michigan roads. I will be hitting the trails to test them next month and will be putting them through a 5 day off road adventure in UP of Michigan come September.

@Metalcloak any idea what an expected lifespan is between rebuilds? I swapped Mojave shocks and already have squeeking. Didn’t realize people said they needed rebuilds so often.
Trying to decide whether rebuilds are worth it or just getting cheaper throwaways that last longer.
Thx

Yeah a local shop quoted me $600 labor + parts for the rebuild on my spare set of Mojave shocks

I’m running a lift and shock extensions. If there were lift length Mojave shocks I’d probably just stick with that but I’m leaning towards correct length shocks and shock skids (don’t fit with the extensions).
Used Mojave shocks sure are a good bargain for what they are, just wished they had a longer service life.

Doesn't look like they have shocks for stock height Mojaves.
