Hi Temperance,
Question I have a Mojave, if I want to just use my factory auxiliary switch’s (1-4) is that easier and more straightforward than installing a rubicon switch and using the switch with the computer? At the moment I can activate my rear locker in 4Hi and I don’t want my front locker to be limited.

if I use the Auxiliary 1 button for example I extend this + a ground to the locker then turn on the switch in the computer program it then that would be simply on and off independently with no restrictions?

any thoughts on this?

thanks,
Jace.
Sure, that works and is what most people do. Some things to consider:
The factory locker switch is designed to be used without needing to look at it so you don't have to take your eyes off the trail.
I utilize an air locker and pressure switch so if there is a failure of the air pump or solenoid I will see a warning on the dash.
All of the Jeep safety systems that manage the front locker are kept intact.
The air compressor is turned on and off automatically when using the air locker.

Thanks Temperance for your reply, my concern is that the factory Jeep safeties will prevent me from using the locker outside of 4Low, my Manuel Mojave throws codes in Low because of the clutch protection in the computer. Unfortunately my jeep trips a code in low range if I run too long and if I don’t stop it will put my jeep into limp mode.
Not sure if it’s a rubicon thing or not, but my Mojave allows me to engage my rear locker in 4hi. My jeep is under warranty as well.
