Someone had told me that the upgraded springs on mine were Mojave. If these part numbers are right, it seems Mojave X actually. Good to know.

This was interesting. Metalcloak isolators are identical...doesn't matter which side they are on. Factory are left/right, with the gray one having a much higher 'ramp' on it. 2021 Mojave springs are different left/right as well, while 2024 X springs are the same left/right.

I used the same metal cloak pads. Everything seemed to be great for a few weeks. Now I hear popping noises in driveway or parking lot turns. I guess I need to lift it up on frame loosen control arms etc . Then tighten when it’s on the ground. What torque specs did you use?
Thanks for any advice.

Bringing back an old thread to get some opinions. I'm going to install Airlift 1000s on the rear of my 2021 Mojave for towing and when I put heavier loads in the bed. I bought some low mileage take off Mojave shocks to replace mine rather than rebuild, and the guy I bought from threw in Mojave X springs. As for full time weight on the rear, I run two swing cases, a bed mat, fabric tonneau cover, Billiebars, and bed sliders. No plan to replace plastic bumper.

Question is should I replace just the rear springs with the Mojave X springs when I install the Airlift bags, or keep the stock springs.

I would also,!
Do both front and rear, half the weight you described is forward of rear wheels so some of that little bit of weight is on front axle. I have had three trucks with airbags and they are good for taking addtional weight but if you are planning on off roading where you want articulation not sure airbags are so good. What are you towing is the next question and once you get over about 3500 pounds weight distributing hitch comes into play. I tow a 4500 pound Whaler, 4100 pound camper and about up to 5500 on my landscape trailer and don't have or need airbags, BUT, I did put MaxTow springs on the rear with 1 -3/8" spacers to make them the same height as a Mojave spring.
I also have a RSI cap, ARB fridge in bed, steel bumper on front with a light weight warn winch., so much heavier then yours.
Put them on then try it out, you might be happy!.....Jack

I threw on the rears only and gained about an inch between the springs and airlift bags set at 5psi. Have about a 1/2" rake now, which I prefer over a bit of squat. Rides really nice. I'll save the fronts for a future date depending on ride or if I add a bumper/winch
