Clayton because you get adjustable front uppers and adjustable front and rear track bars.

It’ll cost you more though cause no shocks.

But still the better buy in my opinion.

Here’s mine with the Clayton 2.5” Ride Right:

What size tires are those and what shocks did you go with?

I think the Mopar is a great value lift kit, it’s the reason I run it. I also don’t think I would ever “need” anything for my style of wheeling.

The Clayton is a great suspension system, but comes with no shocks and that will add some additional expense.

As someone who has owned both - Clayton all day. My first Gladiator had the Mopar lift and it was a great starter lift. I had a problem with it leaning hard on the passenger side (as well as others have had this issue) and the ride was very stiff. Also, it didn't come with an adjustable front track bar so I had to purchase that separately to get my front axle centered again.

My second Gladiator, I went with the Clayton Ride Right. A couple of things I like about it are: a much better ride; seriously, it floats compared to the Mopar. Also, adjustable track bars front and rear and adjustable upper control arms on the front. I just purchased the adjustable lowers for the front as well and plan on getting the rears soon since I like everything else so much. To me, it's worth the extra $$$.

Isn't the Mopar lift advertised and sold as a 2" lift?, I have seen it mentioned here as 2.5" multiple times.

Love my Clayton 2.5” Overland plus with Falcon shocks. Netted me 4” of lift.

Yes it is advertised that way but ther eare many reports on here that it resulted in a 2.5" actual lift as measured post install.

Couple things, Mopar shows their lift as a 2", and i talked to Clayton a few weeks ago and they dont have a lift for the diesel engine yet. If those are 35's i dont like the look, want a more full looking wheel well. Just my thing. Ive seen the Mopar w 35's and think it looks better. Maybe w a leveling block up front it would be better. I have heard the Mopar ride is crap. Im in the same boat trying to decide on what small lift to use. I dont need 37's, for occasional woods/field/overland rocks and ruts the 35's will be good.

It is listed on everywhere as the Mopar 2” lift so just confusing to see it as 2.5” people may think there is another Mopar lift available.

People get confused because the Molar lift for a Wrangler is 2.5", but the Mopar lift for the Gladiator is 2.0".
