Mopar Brake Controller install requires programming?

You could be right, I started with the Wrangler, then recently switched to the Gladiator. But thought I had read about Gladiators having the Christmas tree light issue also.
My pigtail had the diode in it, but whatever.

The Diode was added to get rid of the Christmas tree light issue. The ABS flash fixes the issue without requiring the Diode.
