Got the repair kit and added 8 inches to each end. That was more than needed but let me secure the hosing under the cowl a little farther back and the snap connections stay under the cowl as well. They work really good! Less fluid must be related to not having to spray the windshield as much since there is a lot of fluid coming out. Put a T in line and added the hood sprayers. They barely hit the windshield parked and doubtful they would do anything at speed. Guessing not enough pressure since the flow rate is so high at the wiper. Disconnected right after.

Are you sure you don't have the wrong hoses in the wrong spots? The braided hose line is supposed to go under the cowl, not the regular stuff, and it's plenty long to get the job done. It looks like you've got all the arm hoses attached under the cowl?

Also, the connection point for the arm hose and the cowl hose happens just above the arm bolt point. This is intentional so you can disconnect the lines to service or remove the wiper arms. You need to pull the cowl line connector through the cowl and reinstall the cowl first. Then put the wiper arms on, with the new hose routed in them, and connect them together at that point. If you try to run the whole new line at once it probably won't work.

I guess all I'm trying to say is the hoses are a specific length and design on purpose, and if you're having fitment issues it might just be due to the way it's routed. It's designed to be snug, hidden, and protected, all the while keeping the wiper arms easily removable.

Thanks for the tips, yep it all seems to be correct. Adding the extra length allowed me to keep the connectors under. Don't really need to access those since you can just unplug the end on the wiper blade. Tried a few times in different ways and the lines were just too short. The overall hose is more than long enough but the length of the ends to the wiper were short. Maybe it is a QC issues since not everyone is having the same problem. Either way it is all set up now and works well.

Maybe show your setup to help others out?

People Work?
I wondered about that. I have mine but haven't installed them yet.
It seemed like a bad idea to have the exposed rubber hoses at the flex point where movement and vibrations could chew through them.

So I thought it would be good to post a more in-depth post about these. First off there are a couple things I don't like. 1.) How very little detail or thought went into these instructions. 2.) The braided line, though pretty it started to fray a little on the ends. With that being said it was a straight forward install. I have a 2020 JTR and defiantly haven't taken the wipers arms off before. Under that little cap you will notice mine were corroded and had some surface rust. It was taken care of by using a brass brush and it came right off, I used a little DW-40 Silicone spray to further prevent the rust from coming back. The wiper arm puller was handy as well. I don't know how I would have got those things off without that tool or really struggling. I did manage to scratch the plastic cowling around the passenger side wiper arm with the puller only because its a weird angle to put it on. There was plenty of hose with the kit and I never felt like I needed more. As you can see where you disconnect the old sprayer hose from the main line notice you do not re-use the elbow anymore. Just pull the elbow out and slide in the new end. Fun fact also you will see indications on your windshield that look like sideways T's those are for wiper alignment so when you are putting the arms back on with the new blades installed, just line them up and slide the arm on the bolt post. Easy squeezy. Need to know anything more feel free to reach out.

This is great. All the photos I wish I took during mine, but with the exact same clean result. Nicely done!

Tested mine just now and I'll definitely have to wait for the puller to arrive next week.

If you're worried about nicking the plastic caps with a screwdriver, a little fishing line worked under them like dental floss works great.
Dental floss might work too ?
