I have a 2022 Mojave with a Manual Transmission that I custom ordered and bought brand new in 2022. Ever since 6,000 miles, my parking brake has not held the Jeep on any sort of incline. I've had the dealership adjust the brake 7 times already; I've had 3 cases open with Jeep Wave. The first case they replaced the parking brake cable for free, but that didn't fix the issue. I have moved several times (FL to SC to VA), and when I called in @JeepCares for the second time to tell them that their "repair" failed within a year, they essentially closed the case without even speaking to me. Then I called again a 3rd time, BEFORE going to the local dealership, and they refused to do anything until I paid the $229 diagnostic fee at the dealer, and told me I'd have to go back to the dealer in SC for them to warranty the work they did. What was the point of going to the Jeep dealer if no other Jeep dealer will warranty that work? I don't need a diagnosis; I need the parking brake adjusted at the drums (rear wheels). Jeep cares told me they couldn't do anything to help; that they no longer help with any sort of repairs or costs, including the diagnostic fee, and I got the same response after escalating to a supervisor.
I went to an independent shop on Friday, paid $195 for labor, for them to clean/lube/adjust the brakes at the rear wheels. He inspected the shoes and they are in great shape (probably because my brake has never worked), only for the brake to fail again today. I JUST WANT TO PARK MY TRUCK IN A PARKING LOT; let alone out on the trails. What gives??? Anyone else having CONSTANT issues with NOT BEING ABLE TO PARK YOUR TRUCK?! I cannot understand for the life of me how this isn't a critical safety issue, or something that @JeepCares could NOT CARE LESS ABOUT. It is a MANUAL TRANSMISSION and I cannot park it safely. @Jeep Cares Not - 7 times at the dealer, 3 Jeep Customer Care Cases, and now an independent shop, and no one can get my truck to park on even a 2 degree incline. This is absolutely ridiculous; don't even get me started on the constant headaches with the clutch recall software, oh yeah and the recall for the recall.
Any other MT owners experiencing this?! And no, I don't drive with the brake engaged...

now I need new shoes, but plus one on just lifting the center counsel and tightening it up. Or just leave it in gear when parked, good practice anyway.
