Dealership has it. Told me it wasn't a fuel issue even though they didn't do anything other than open the door and jot down the mileage. Then they mentioned it would be at LEAST 10 days before they could look at it! I called all of the other dealerships in San Antonio and the ones that actually answered told me the same! Is this a normal backlog for Jeep/Chrysler shops? I know that dealership service departments are typically terrible but this is way beyond what I had to deal with from Chevy or Toyota service.
Typical dealer BS, based on pretty much all the dealer experiences listed here with one or two exceptions long delays are the normal and often end up being longer than initially estimated

Stupid question, but 1/8 is crazy low. How do you know it's at 6%? Mine doesn't show a percent. What does the range screen show? 6% would be like 1.3 gallons. Is that enough to cover the fuel pump? 6% is more like 1/16th.
Maybe it’s an American vehicle thing. You can drive at least 20 miles at 0 range on a German car. I involuntarily tested this twice on my Audi Q5. These gas level readings are generally very conservative.

Well something is F'd. When I collected my '21 I went over the fusebox and the fuses were not seated all the way. This is due to dealer prep not following prep instructions
I had the same, the dealer was looking wide eyed when I was popping the hood and pushed on all fuses before taking ownership, and sure thing a few notably clicked into place.

Latest update is the "fuse bar" is being replaced because it's "cutting out fuel". I assume that he means the high amp fuses on the side of the power distribution.

I have a habit connected to my OCD where I snoop on things and make sure everything is even, level, perfect, and last year while mounting my winch and wiring things in I decided to do what I do with my little car - pop the cover over the fuses, just look around and just out of habit, press on them all.
Not a single one moved at all. They were all in firmly.
So either the factory did a great job or the dealer did at some point.
I've never had electrical issues of any type and the fuses were obviously fine as I got 0 movement on any of them.

Ok, so he used the UConnect app to get his fuel %, so I went and checked the app. Never messed with that app for anything but lock/unlock. Why would they give a % full in that stupid app but not on one of the instrument panel displays or even the ORP or other 8.4 screen displays? If they give you DEF and Oil Life in % then why can’t they do fuel as a % in the vehicle displays? These aren’t questions that need answering. It would be nice to have the option for displaying liquid levels as a % of full.
On a side note, the U-Connect app vehicle info screen is not a live view, it is a snapshot. At the very top of the screen it says when the snapshot was taken. Mine for instance, says "vehicle data updated 2 days ago" I filled up this morning and the app shows fuel level at 25%. U-Connect is pretty crappy in this respect.

If you swipe down on the info screen it will take a new snapshot. Not sure why it does not do this when you open the app.

Good to know this has been an issue. I will be careful from now on. I'm used to vehicles where you fill them until they are near the top of the filler neck.
same here, but it's because of my ocd. stopping on a whole dollar is optimal. on the half dollar is ok. one or three quarters is acceptable, but i'm a little twitchy afterwards. god forbid i overshoot the whole dollar by a penny!

My ocd has me using the same pump on my commute. That way it always shuts off at the same level, so my mileage calculations are dead nuts accurate.

I'm beginning to think that OCD is a Jeep thing........

Mine still has 3-4 gallons left with the range goes to empty. I filled up today right when the low fuel light came on and it only took 17 gallons, so I had 5 gallons left with a 22 gallon tank.

I had the same experience. I had 16 miles left to E and it only took 18 gallons. ( averaging about 18.5 mpg ). I rarely let it get that low, so I never really noticed it before. I thought that was strange, but figured it could have been a safety feature so less people run out of gas?

I fill my tank when it gets close to the 1/3 mark. Usually fill up every 2 weeks.

I don’t normally let it get that low either. Just a few times on road trips where there wasn’t a good place to stop or I could make it if I pushed it. I wouldn’t do it if I didn’t know I still had 3-4 gallons of gas left.

These don't go by your average as displayed (and you shouldn't either)
They go by current stats.
Imagine you have been doing well at 21 mpg and get really down low on fuel. The problem is that now you're in heavy traffic, or perhaps have a load in the back and more recent mpg has been in the 10 to 14 area. There's 3 gallons left and if it figured at 21 you could go another 60. But if you tried that now, you'd run out at 36 miles and have to walk 30 more miles.
Mine keeps changing the miles left based on more current conditions.
I've had 20 miles left on my truck at least twice (dummy me!) and the last time I got 19 in, the first time I got 21 in. The difference? The driving I had been doing just prior to that low fuel condition. One time I was doing much better than the prior averages, another I was in town, stop and go, and doing worse.
I have actually gotten 21 and some change in my truck without trying very hard. Often it kicks off at 18.5 - that seems very very typical of this thing.
