New Mojave X owner

Just bought a new 24 Mojave X in silver Zynith yesterday. Beautiful Jeep and a really good deal too. Question for the experts, are all 24 Mojave X suppose to come with both steel bumpers? Mine came with neither, the Monroney label says winch capable front steel bumper, no mention of the rear. The dealership is taking care of the front but after I realized it should come with both I’m getting a little pushback on replacing the rear. The order sheets I’ve looked at have steel front and rear showing as included and the jeep website under the build a Mojave X doesn’t give you the option to add steel bumpers so this is telling me it should have them. Am I right? Any help is appreciated.

That's a slick looking truck, congratulations. I had some ordering issues when I got my '22 Rubicon, I couldn't order the bed liner and the dealer couldn't figure out what the issue was, combination of features or whatnot. I did get the steel winch capable bumper option, it was one check box, makes no sense why you'd get one end and not the other........unless the dealer has a take-off laying around the shop and they're trying to skirt you. The dealer referred me to a local LineX shop they prefer and told me it's a lot better and tons cheaper than the factory stuff.

Nice looking Mojave!!! Kind of makes you wonder sometimes … I would have thought that it should have come with a steel bumper in the front; I haven’t heard of anyone mentioning a steel bumper in the rear for a Mojave ( OEM at the time of delivery/purchase )

The steel bumper group includes the front and rear steel bumpers, and the Mojave X is supposed to come standard with that package I thought? I have steel front and rear on my Mojave but it was an option and shows on the window sticker since mine isn't the X.

Take the order sheet back to them and rub their noses in it. I also purposely ordered the flat back freedom top but they built it with the color match top, not complaining really, didn't need it, dealer ate that when I pointed it out.

Hell yeah push back! That shits expensive and you paid for it. They put on the proper equipment or they go to court. There's consumer laws for a reason.

The dealer should be able to print out a build sheet and it will list a rear steel bumper if it was part of the model package as standard equipment.

I would stay on the dealership to get it resolved. They are being a bunch of pussies if they are pushing back on this as they can easily write up a warranty service ticket for a misbuild unless they are hiding some on the lot shenanigans of being swapped after delivery to them.

Did they have it listed on the dealership website with pics and did you save any of those pics?

I bought my Mojave X a few months back. While searching I found that the steel bumpers come with one of three groups.

• Steel bumper group
• Quick order package 23A (manual transmission)
• Quick order package 24A (automatic transmission)

I found a few in the $63-65K MSRP range without steel bumpers.

Oh.... Crawl under the bumpers and look at the bolts that hold the bumpers on. I had to take my front apart to put the winch and winch plate on, I'm pretty sure the bolts were marked with a paint pen too the frame.

Sweet looking ride, I almost got that color on a Rubicon X.

Like others have said if your window sticker has Mojave X (mine below Rubicon X) you should have the steel bumper and you got scammed by the dealer. If your window sticker doesn't have "X" you got a nicely optioned Mojave which is still awesome.

<edit> unless someone ordrered a special build without it and then didn't pick it up
