How are they on the road? I've got a JK I'm hemi and tons swapping right now that needs new tires when I'm done.

You're not running 39 km3s on beadlocks then lol. Those tires are so bad at balancing that the terrifying part is trying to stay in your lane through all the bouncing. I've done 75 on washboards and it's not scary at all because I'm not trying to stay in a lane. The best tire still took 18 ounce and the worst tire was 36 ounces dynamically balanced. Not a single damn tire was round but bfg wouldn't warranty them for me so I finally killed them 2 weeks ago after 45 thousand miles

Not bad for a large MT tire. I was impressed enough with the 39s on her JLUR that I run the same 37s on my JT.

The freeway seems like nothing at 85-90mph after running washboard dirt roads in the dessert all the way up to the 100mph limiter.

I've done 108 MPH in it before (with my bed rack on and the bed itself loaded with gear) catching up to my group once before after stopping to take a pee break

Jeep has already said they stopped the update, if you aren't bricked yet you won't get bricked.

Edit: looks like the also already pushed a fix over the weekend too

We have a 4xe, we were fine, looks like it was a very small number percentage wise.

The scarry truth this proves to me is that they could disable any of our vehicles via OTA update intentionally or not. The next Covid scam when they are trying to tell us all to shelter in place even though that proved to be useless and more harmful than good could lead to forced compliance if nobody can drive anywhere. Obviously that's a stretch and constitutionally not an option... but they've proven it possible.

The article isn't saying what years or what models exactly but the picture shows a 24/25 radio screen.
The prior model years have different software so if it's a 23 or prior vs. a 24 or later, ours is a 23.
