Just completed the install of the ORACLE LIGHTING part no: 5881-504, and 5880-504 bumper LED reverse lights and plug & play wiring harness. On my 2020 Gladiator Sport S, fairly simple install only problem was the cable between the left and right reverse lights is about 20 inches too short, had to splice in a section of cable. If ORACLE LIGHTING monitors these forums they need to correct the short cable problem!

I had the same issue and informed customer service. Customer service sent me this photo.

For those about to install there is a hole above the corner brace to bring the cable through that leaves you with enough wire to make it to the passenger side.

There's a long thread about these in the Lighting section. Oracle has an extension they will send to anyone who needs it.

See my install photos in the other thread - go through the correct hole and it's much closer. Still about 1" short but there's ways around that and they'll send a short extension if you contact then.
They aren't 20" short if you go through the correct holes.

that is the exact location where I ran the cable, it was still short. Fabricated up my own cable extension, I have the experience and resources I had a Emergency vehicle equipment/lighting install shop closed it in 2019.

I also purchased the Oracle LED reverse lights along with the extra wiring harness for my ‘21 Mojave. After reading about all the issues with the harness and short lead wires…….I decided to wire the lights to one of my auxiliary switches.

I ran a black and red 16ga stranded wire from the wire leads next to the battery. I followed a wire bundle back to the rear bumper and zipped tied my wires to the bundle. In the back, I spliced everything together and applied shrink wrap to all the connections. I attached the black wire to the ground lugs at the battery to ensure a good ground.

My lights installed very easily, I did not have to trim any alignment posts like others suggested. The 7mm screws were easy to remove with the exception of the one behind the body panel that required a little persuasion.

They look great and function as designed. They are very bright and I am glad I wired them separate from the other lights. The plus side I can also use them to illuminate the rear of the truck for any night time activities.

Installed my Oracle bumper lights w/PNP harness last night in about 20 minutes. I’m thinking they updated their harness and gave a little extra on the lights themselves. Mine fit perfect, had about 6 inches of slack on both sides, and went in easily. Just waiting for the tail lights to ship to me now.

Did you recieve the tail lights yet? I'm just trying to see how long it takes for it to ship.
