Thanks. And thanks for not hassling me for the thread. Since weāre having similar issues getting them on the phone, or getting the dealer to stand behind us after spending way over 100k with them this year (Also bought our JTR from them) the thread was an attempt to get public exposure so maybe @JeepCares will respond. I also hope you have luck on your issue. We donāt have a diesel, but Iāve read some of the posts about bottoming out, and itās the same issue. Meaning itās a pervasive issue with stock new JTDās, and should be paid attention to and resolved. Things go wrong with vehicles all the time. Itās just disappointing when it appears that customers are ignored once the dealership sees the taillights.Jeep customer service, both on the helpline and the dealership level has been very lacking in the last year or so in my experience, I've been trying to talk to them about my diesel suspension bottoming out, the forum here is littered with complaints on the issue. Every time I talk to jeep cares, the 'notes' have never matched the previous conversation we have. Takes them on average a month to return my calls, the last conversation I requested to talk to a supervisor and was assured id be contacted in a day or two. Now going on two weeks.
The dealership has been similar, they identified the issue but no fix is available. I've left them messages every week since a star case number has been available to talk to someone, but I just get the service close-out surveys after a couple of days of not hearing from someone.
On the positive side, at least I could remedy this issue myself by lifting the truck.
I really wish you the best in getting your issues addressed.
