There isn't one for the passive entry.
Yep but I need a spare to play with to Try to make one. Seems like the sensor from the front handle will fit behind the tailgate handle and the cylinder from the cap will fit by the keyhole. Need to drill hole for button and run wires with the bundle up to the front fallowing break light path on passenger side looked do able.

Unfortunate that FCA didn’t have the foresight to include proximity on the tailgate. Maybe a future add if they see how popular it is here.

So I just ordered JTR without proximity entry or BSM. I did add premium LED lighting group so I will have LED tail lights. Do all LED tail lights have BSM sensors? I am trying to see if can add BSM if I get passive entry kit (with BSM wiring) & BSM mirrors.

No, there are 3 taillamp options available.

Just ordered!
Hopefully I'll get the parts before I drag the Gladiator halfway across the country as a toad in February!

Sorry for the delays guys, Here are links to the kits

Gladiator - https://www.allmoparparts.com/sku/psventryjtbsm.html

Wrangler - https://www.allmoparparts.com/sku/psventjlbsm.html

These kits work with or without BSM option. Note these components are on backorder at this time with lead times up to 60 days so please be patient if ordering.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
-Benny

I'm beginning to have the "good luck with that" thought............ it's all but November, not a word.
Cold weather here, won't be putting this stuff in when it's 10 degrees out.

I'm a madman: unless it's so cold I can't move my fingers, I'll put this in when it shows up.
I really miss my passive entry!

I hear that. I REALLY wanted them, too - my wife has had them on all of her Grand Cherokees since you could first get it - and we told the dealer we wanted them on this truck, and we talked about it, and he never got that box checked. Didn't realize it until too late to make changes. (I doubt this dealer would bother even trying to make changes once ordered like some dealers do)

Ok, had time and nice weather to play with this today. Frankincense wiring out the window I couldn’t get it to work from the passenger side but I did get it to from the driver side. I am thinking the cap I got is for the driver site and I need to get a cap for the passenger side and try again.
