Heh, maybe that’s why i pull right...i have an alignment scheduled Thursday.
If i d had it on for a while can i still “prime it” if I uninstall it first?
Hey Bud, reading through the forum as I am having the same issue as others on this thread. I did not prime after install either .. How is it working for you now? If you still have it mounted of course as this thread is now 2-y.o. lolol Thanks!

Not the OP but I have 6 months and 8k miles on the Fox 2.0 Stabilizer and it has never pulled. I cycled mine to prime it with the tires off the ground but even out of the box it was “neutral” with no rebound either direction when pushing or pulling it before it was installed.

Thanks for the update! I did not install it myself .. Had it installed by a shop at the same time with the front/rear level kit .. Alignment performed by the shop and pulled on the way home. Had the alignment done when I went to the dealer for my pre-scheduled wave oil change a week later and same result ... Tempted to take it off and see what happens ... Highway speeds not so bad, around town is really noticeable ...

After I took my fox 2.0 off and primed it ive had no issues. I also reset my own toe after having a shop do an " alignment" several times. Once I set it my self the JT is perfect, so much so that I wont event mess with the front end and have marked all my adjustment points so I know if they ever shift.

Despite having perfect steering (for a JT there is always a LITTLE play) I do note that I have to counter steer against the grade of the road. IE i have to steer a little right when im in the left lane and visa versa.

I installed the AEV steering stabilizer on my wife's JLU not long ago. I primed that one before install and her JL drives perfect and feels better than it did stock.

Reading your other post I think you could benefit from checking your own toe setting. For what ever reason the shops always set my tow to neutral. I reset it to toe in and it made a MASSIVE improvement in the steering and handling.

Here are two videos on how to do it. I set mine with the front axle on jack stands...made it WAY easier to twist the adjustment knob.

Ok sounds like something I need to do for sure, thanks much for the advice!
And here is my dumb question .. Did you install the stabilizer in a specific position. I am referencing the stroke, is there a neutral position for install and then prime accordingly? 5times left/5times right and pause for for each trun approx 5 sec ... Thanks in advance ...

I didn't the install my self, they VERY simple to do if that is a concern for you. When I put it in I just bolted it up and didn't think about it...if memory serves It was probably right out of the box and onto the JT.

With the wife's JL I installed it right out of the box in what ever position it shipped in. Then immediately cycled it left and right, drove it around a bit, then did the left and right cycle again.

im sure there is a special correct method for priming it, maybe even in the owners manual? All I did was go to max left turn, hold for a couple seconds...then max right turn and hold for a couple seconds. repeat the back and forth for a total of 5 / 6 / 7 times on each side( I dont think the number of times really matters...but I could be wrong). Drove great after that process with the wifes JL, but I just wanted to be sure after driving it a little and chose to do it all a second time.

-TF 1.5 level kit up front ..
-Daystar 3/4 in the rear .

If your toe readings are right then they’re fine. But id verify them. I never got a printout and just trusted mine was good when the shop said it was. Until i re checked and adjusted my self.

you’re caster looks great.

Im no expert but im fairly certain we can’t set or alter our camber without new wheels maybe? so not sure why thats out of spec.

I talked with Fox this morning before ordering mine, and we discussed all 3 models they offer for the JL/JT's. And I believe they did say that your model does pull to the right... I could be wrong, but you might want to call them to find out.

I ordered the Fox TS 2.0 model (985-02-127) because he said it was a neutral designed stabilizer that doesn't pull to any particular side, it just dampens the steering and helps smooth-out your driving.

Mine won't be in for a while, but I'll post up my experience when it does show up and I put it on.
Which one is the Mopar one or is it different from these two?

My Toyo MT 37s started pulling to the right, I wish I could find one that pull a bit left to counter that ?
You're not the first one to experience a right pull with Toyo MT's. Happens a lot on Ram 2500's.

Well I take back my previous post.... after doing some reading on several other threads, I decided to reinstall the FOX 2.0 IFP stabilizer and "prime" the stabilizer. This was accomplished by moving the steering wheel right to left full lock to full lock 5 times in a row, taking about 1 second per revolution.

After completing this, the steering stabilizer rides perfect! Steering wheel remains centered while driving straight will little to no perceptible pull to the right.

Will update further after I put some more miles on the Gladiator.
How did it hold up ?
