I am experiencing this same issue right now.
I experience a random low rumbling noise when in 2 high, but not in 4 high. If I take my son to school or drive to work 10 to 20 minutes I’ll here at a minimum of 2 to 5 times. I just took this to the dealership yesterday, and they state they’ve only been able to repeat it very well one time. I asked them to drive it home to see if they could hear the issue. I haven’t heard back on that yet.

They are getting their lead tech on it tomorrow and going to run more quality tests on it. They are trying to tell me that everything is coming back normal. Everything is definitely not normal. I’m going to send them this link.

I’ll ask if I can do a ride along with them. That other link was very helpful. I’ll post there too.

Thank you!

I had the same exact problem...they had to change the whole front right axel and the right front locking actuator. Jeep ran great for 2 weeks and now back in the shop with a ABS disabled ECU code. :(

I have a 2021 Mojave with 1100 miles with the same issue, rubbing and grinding.
I took it in to the dealer and they said there going to replace the intermediate shaft.
The only problem is the shaft is on national backorder so they don't know when there getting the part. Maybe 1-3 months, I was so pissed off after spending close to 60K all in.
I then did some research and found out a lot of people are having this problem.
I wasn't going to wait for them, I found the Bushing (Mopar part # 05252686) and replaced it on the shaft and greased it up myself. I drove the truck 100+ miles today and no more rubbing or grinding. So far so good.

My 2021 Gladiator Rubicon with 3300 miles began doing this last week. It sounds awful! Got it to the dealer they’re suppose to get parts on order. Needless to say I’m very frustrated to spend this sort of money and have the front end sound like there’s parts grinding together. Makes me question the longevity and overall reliability going forward, it’s basically brand new! They told me to keep driving it till the parts come but they said the 4wd will not engage. I know there’s nothing I can do just needed to vent my frustration and disappointment, for the sticker price on the rubi I expect to never have the 4wd not work especially with 3300 miles on it. So do I call the dealer for a ride if I get stuck somewhere while they’re waiting on parts?

So far so good, it seems to be corrected.
The service tech said it had a very slight amount of play compared to a new truck on their lot. Mine only had 4000 miles and was in four wheel drive once with the locker locked.
Is this what it sounded like?

Not a gladiator but experiencing the same issue on my 2022 JLUR - 7000KM stock and experiencing this same issue many others are also seeing. Started at 6450km and got progressively worse each day since. I bought a new set of wheels and tires and put them on and am still seeing same issue. Crawled under the jeep and can’t see anything out of the ordinary. Took it into the dealer last night.

Service advisor road tested with me and confirmed he heard and felt what I was. Mechanics test drove and also confirmed they heard and felt same issue. They noticed it went away in 4Hi. They had it up on a hoist for 2 hours and could not find anything, I don’t even think they could hear the noise when it was on the hoist. They mentioned something about the transfer case, but that’s as far as they got. I’ve left the Jeep for over the weekend for them to look at it again first thing Monday.
I looked through this gladiator forum and there seems to be more success fixing this issue than on the JLUR forum.

Has anyone heard of the composite pilot bushing at passenger side inner and outer axle shafts being replaced, or intermediate shaft and bushing replaced that was mentioned in this forum working on a JLUR?
