Yea there was a post frenzy as I was typing prior to finishing my first cup of coffee lol. I saw your response soon as I hit send. Also still worth thinking of going front locker rear open as more weight on the front will still gain more traction. Unless your looking to do some drifting ?? Then rear loc all the way lolI have open diffs in the rear.
That's about what I was quoted here in AZSeems high. I want to say my gear job only was about $2300 and a locker would have added essentially parts they said, so maybe $3500ish.
It’s not crazy, but seems a little high.
I’m in AZ also. BabystepsThat's about what I was quoted here in AZ
I've ran my XJ that way for many years with out a problem. It wasn't my first choice but I've been happy with it, budget was my reasons then too.How about a locker in from and a trac lock in rear? What everyone’s opinion on that versus rear locker only.
What lift is that, and what is the height in your garage?Just installed front and rear Eaton e lockers. Used the lasfit switch panel And can’t wait to use em.
Where did the installer drill the hole for the wire harness?Just installed front and rear Eaton e lockers. Used the lasfit switch panel And can’t wait to use em.
It’s a bendpak made for 10 ft tall ceilings. What lift is that, and what is the height in your garage?
Interesting, I do think that it's do to air leaks any nick on O-ring or even dust or grain sand /dirt no locker action. ARB are great until that or air compressor failure. I've seen and heard of many times over. Side note: statistical a low number of failures. The Jeep club I was in someone had both fail to function on first day. He packed up went home, the rest of us found out the next morning. Not even a call to let us know might have been due to losing "face" with built to hilt Jeep of pre-Rubicon time.I just got quote at PA All Breed show for Eaton E Locker rear, only and regear to 4.88 for 3400.00 At least the shop prefers doing E locker over air.
