I am building a trailer with the same tent (I'm not sure if mine is an XL, though) on it, but I don't think it'll be ready for the road by then.

I'm building mine as well. I've got everything done except painting the box and doing the electrical and water system. We've camped in it a few nights and its awesome. I built it to be more of a base camp and then we can do adventures during the day. In the future I may add independent suspension and make it more offroad worthy but for now it works.

That's exactly my plans as well, but I already put Timbren's under it. I have a .small build thread on here somewhere.

I was looking at timbrens, I'm going to at least do a full season of camping out of it. Then I will modify based on actual usage.

Not a bad idea. Our first officially booked trip isn't until April at Poe Paddy but we'll see how progress goes. The garage is cold and I don't work so well when its cold.

I hear ya. Not to mention some work does not do well in colder weather. Like painting or applying weather stripping.

I am hoping to install my Tonneau Cover this week since its supposed to get into the 60s on Thursday.

Same here! No heat, and my garage tiny. I actually have to put 12" tires on it just to get it in the door.

O man, guess I am lucky, I do have heat. It's not blistering, but will get it into the low 60s when it's 30 degrees outside, so I can't complain.

My wife may or may not bring the JKU. It's technically a Sahara, but it's a 75th anniversary, so it's got decent meaty AT tires as a stock size. That trim is like a Sahara and a Rubicon and a Willys had some kind of weird baby. So we might have two vehicles there. So add Nacho's wife... tentatively.

Also, no heat in my detached garage. It's not a real garage. It's a converted carriage house for buggy parking, and it's cold.

Yea , front and rear hitch with shackle. Limited, qd2 so electric diffs front and rear, ome HD coils front and rear.
