Jeep Gladiator RAVE REVIEWS ON OUR REAR BUMPER LED REVERSE LIGHTS FOR JEEP GLADIATOR JT 5878-504_I_1024x1024.jpg

Part #: 5878-504

Not satisfied with the night-time visibility of your Jeep JT reverse lighting? Replace the factory bumper reflectors with high-output replacement auxiliary LED reverse lights from ORACLE Lighting!

This reverse light design seamlessly integrates into the bumper reflector area to provide over 1500 additional lumens when backing up in a Jeep Gladiator. Designed for function and durability, these lights feature an aluminum housing with PMMA lens. These Gladiator reverse lights also maintain the rear reflector function with a scaled-down version integrated into the housing. These compact lights pack a big punch with a total of 30 high-powered LEDs to improve your Jeep Gladiator bumper reverse lights.

Ready to install out of the box, this kit ensures you will have rear visibility in your Jeep Gladiator when it matters! Installation uses factory mounting hardware and these lights tie into the rear light wiring with the included T-taps.

To simplify installation for your factory LED Tail Lamp Equipped Gladiator, we offer an optional Plug & Play Wiring Harness.

It is highly recommended that Gladiator JT's convert their stock halogen reverse light bulbs in the tails to LED for best performance and functionality of these ORACLE Bumper LED Reverse Lights. They can be found here.

I'd say they are too bright to use as reverse lights, especially when combined with the flush mount reverse lights.

Thinking of lightly tinting them or putting a toggle switch. I inadvertently blind people in parking lots when backing up.

i didn't have much luck with these lights nor the flush mount tail lights...hope Oracle has got their act together by now for those that are interested in them. Mine would never work correctly. Was even worse with their "plug and play" harness. They dont tell you but you need a taser to make them work correctly on a LOT of vehicles. I love the look but the reliability and the need of a taser makes them not worth the $$ or hassle in my opinion

ORACLE has many many changes on the product listings notifying the customer of what to expect, also within our troubleshooting guides to help our customers. We hope we have made this process easier for future customers, and thank you for your feedback!

Feel free to dig up and share my photos and comments - the one where it's baking the paint off my car parked a few feet behind the JT in my garage is fun. I'm almost worried about the red paint on that car fading as I back into my garage.

I wired them so they come on in reverse, but also to an aux switch so I can use them with my truck off after dark when hooking up my car hauler or strapping a car down.

You don't "need" a tazer. You can use software like AlfaOBD or JSCAN.
You are obviously talking of the non-LED packages on the JT as I've had them on 2 Gladiators with factory LED and they work flawlessly.
Anyone in my area who installs these on a halogen-lit JT and has issues due to the settings for non-LED JTs can come over and hook up AlfaOBD on my tablet and tweak the settings as needed if it would help. (JSCAN is locked to the VIN, AlfaOBD is locked to the device it's installed on, phone, tablet, whatever)

Mine are awesome, I don't mind someone complaining they can see me too well when I'm backing up.

What issue? Specifics?

If you are referring to those JTs with halogen and NOT LED tail lights, it's an issue more with the truck than the lights.
It's perfect plug and play for LED trucks.

The P&P harness we offer is not compatible with halogen equipped JT's unless programming is done. This is solely due to the truck shutting down the reverse light circuit when seeing both bumper lights Y split off of one lamp as the P&P harness does.

Could the solution be a second harness going to the tail light on the other side - left power the left bumper backup light, right power the right bumper backup light?
I had actually considered doing that myself at one point - can't recall why, but thought about it. Maybe it was so I could power all 4 lights with the aux switch instead of just the bumper Oracle lights`........
memory, second thing to go. Can't remember the first........

We may or may not be working on a P&P harness that uses the 7-Pin rather than the Tail Lamps ?

I just installed these lights and they work very well. However, the Plug N Play adapter I ordered DOES NOT fit the Oracle flush tail light plug or the OEM tail lights............very frustrating. I had to use the wiretaps in order to get the lights to function...........NOT A FAN of that option. Yes, I have the OEM LED tail lights (Premium LED package).
