I Believe I put in the control number I was given by Tread Lightly. Slight case of CRS

Well if I were to read the email tread lightly sent I would see that they directly tell me what to put there. At least I started by saying “dumb question” lol

Mine said the same. I just entered my email and the password I use for everything on the login and I was in.

Holy Hell I just got it! And of all ways... where it says “join FCA and get a control number,” the control number text is a hyperlink. To your control number! The entire staff at Tread Lightly doesn’t even know this. I’ll let them know tomorrow. Good grief, what a freak chance.

My jeep is on order too and signed up with TL and got the control number pretty much in few days. Now I keep getting email to sign up and get the control number even thought i already generated one. Just to make sure control number is a 12 digit alphanumeric code right? Mine starts with AR02......and so on.

Mango - same for me. I have my control # but they keep sending me emails saying I need to finish registration... I emailed FCA to see if there's something else to do but I think it's just a glitch in their system.

Mine is a 9 digit numeric code. I had an M followed by 5 digits as my TL company code.
-Edited to add, while this SAID control number, it wasn't it.

So that number wasn't my control number at all. Control number will start with AR. I tried 2 different emails and finally with a Gmail it worked on Firefox (but didn't on Chrome). If anyone else is going through this, try different email accounts and different browsers.

Used my email from signing up for Tread Lighty, hit forgot password. Reset. Logged in, entered TL number, and got my control number.

Did it last night, worked fine.
