I ended up not going completely through to get the code. My Gladiator is still at least two weeks out and I wasn’t sure if there was a certain timeline it needed to be used by.

Out of curiosity, did you first see if you were an employee or member of any of the other affiliates first? https://www.fcausaffiliates.com/content/dam/affiliate-rewards/docs/companylocator.pdf Example my wife is a member of the National Education Association being a teacher ... and we were able to use that as the affiliate.

I own my own business, pretty sure TL was the only way to go. I got it (finally) by trying multiple emails and browsers.

Good luck with it I had fights with the dealerships on Tread lightly some of them would not accept it or give the discount

Yes, that works. At least I could submit the form.

EDIT: Logged in and got my control number. Woot. Now if the dealer will give me the discount. All this done in one day, is that a new record?

Probably a dumb question but what do you put in for your company code when you are making an account? Your tread lightly membership number?

Does that make me dumb too? I couldn't figure it out. They should include that in the email on how to sign up.

I'm not sure what the company code number is for, I didn't use mine. Your FCA control number is the one that starts with AR. Even though you got it today you still have to wait 30 days; you won't be able to use it right away.

I want to be sure of something. You have to wait 30 days after joining Tread Lightly. You can get your FCA control # any time after that. It's not 30 days from getting your control number, correct?

I joined TL on 3/23 and got my control # on 3/31 as I didn't realize I needed to do something else to get the 1% off. My JT is due to arrive any day now and I'd hate to have to wait until 4/30 (March had 31 days) to get it if it arrives sooner. I'll be ok though as long as it arrives by 5/3 to get the rebate.

I think you'll be fine. It's dated from your join date, not the date you were issued the actual number (I did this myself).

Can't log into FCA website or reset my password. Said they were having technical difficulties. Will try calling them tomorrow.

Update: The site is working now and I was able to get a 2nd control #.

I had similar issues getting the control number. Almost gave up, but kept trying and finally got it. The system is definitely glitchy.
