Everyone's favorite subject - tires! Almost as debated as oil.
I'm either going to buy tires for the Gladiator or my Camaro this year. Neither NEED them but both could benefit from something different and I budgeted for one of them this year.
Running take-offs from a Rubicon right now (Falken AT3W) in 285/70R17. They are getting noisey. They are heavy as hell.
I dont wheel anymore. The hardest offroading this thing sees is gravel roads. I typically only use 4WD for moving trailers and non running vehicles around on soft ground like my buddies back yard after three days of rain. I'd like to keep my current tire size. 99.8% of my use is highway runs and pulling my utility trailer to Home Depot. Later this year my commute will go from 10 miles round trip to 70 miles round trip.
Considered going back to a K02 like I had on my JK. I want a tire that is going to be quiet, ride/drive like a modern truck, and not have to be stressed over to keep from wearing weird or chopping up like blockier tires (like my current Falkens). Would like it to be lighter than these Falkens too.
One thing I considered is something like the Trail Terrains:

Any other suggestions or thoughts? I'm in no hurry. Thanks. Pic of truck for giggles.
