Reducing length of Gladiator to fit in garage

My JTRD won't fit in my garage. It's too tall. The garage has a 6ft high door on it. I have to duck when I go in and out of it. My garage is in the basement. The only things that fit is my Nismo and Bike.

I’m stuck with this 40’ wide by 48’ deep with 10’X10’ doors.

After some maneuvering it looks like it’ll barely fit without the rear tow hooks. A bumper that doesn’t extend beyond the tow receiver looks like it could give me another 1/2 inch or so.

Are there tow hooks available that sit flush with the factory rear bumper? Not sure if it makes sense to have flush tow hooks though.

I want to avoid construction and the garage door track doesn’t have any room to move it further outward.

Seeing this reminds me of how annoyed I am that my new-build house with a 3 car garage and 11' garage ceilings has 7' doors.

@Mojave2021 If at all possible, move the storage above the hood. Just remember to leave room for bigger tires, lift etc..
If you are just worried about it when the top is off, there are quick covers out there just for that. Besides, Jeeps are meant to live in the wild and sleep under the stars.

My first house had a small garage, had to back our '56 Dodge in, tailfins between studs, then when closing the 'California-flip' door, it rested against the front bumper.

My garage is exactly 218 inches long, same as the Gladiator. Any suggestions on front or rear bumpers that tuck significantly to reduce a couple of inches? Preferably one that’s also lightweight.

Nope I’m just backing into the storage gently?.

I still haven’t tried the ramp idea yet. I’m going to try that today.

If the ramps don’t won’t I guess getting a cab cover would be an easy next option.

DV8 Has a ultra slim high clearance bumper, looks like it sits nearly flush with the taillights. Not sure if the camera becomes the newest first contact point though. Also not sure about their quality...

Unfortunately there’s no room.

I tried the ramp idea today and it still didn’t fit. It wasn’t a lot of fun backing up on to the ramps either. I am able to get it into the garage far enough to use the hoist straps but I think a cab cover is my cheapest/simplest/least complicated option right now.
