Relocating to North Florida

Hey fellas
I need some help, I’m relocating back down to the East Coast of Florida St Augustine/ Palm Coast area to be exact in about 2 weeks.
Those of you who who are beach bums will eventually see me around
So I need recommendations for local shops who can help me maintain and run my Jeep (until I trade it in on the Hemi )

Watching as well we moved to central FL about a year ago from upstate NY, I'm sure no explanation is need.

Beautiful area and if I had not decided to get away from anything even remotely close to east coast city folks (more specifically the relocated NYC, NJ, CT, MA folks from those state metro areas) I'd still be living there. I lived in St Augustine on a house right on A1A for a few years and I used to drive the beach early EVERY morning From St. Augustine all the way to Matanzas every day just for fun. Then I moved to Palm Coast to a condo on the intercostal and looking at my boat docked behind my ground floor condo every morning while having coffee was awesome!

I do miss the lifestyle a but nowadays I would not trade it for desert SW living. I found my place in the world.

In any case you will not be at a loss for good 4WD shops down there. I wish I remembered the shop that installed my lift on my old Jeep, they were excellent and very professional but unfortunately that was many years ago. Ask the locals when you get down there, they will steer you to the right folks. Also there are a lot of large 4WD parts stores catering to Jeep owners in the area so you can get just about anything you need TODAY!

I could not imagine purposely moving to Florida (me, not you).

But I live in Louisiana, which is not great, and in general I am sort of tired of living on the Gulf Coast

It has nothing to do with politics or people. Just the scenery and things I like to do, lol.

Anyway, glad you have made it where you want to go! I am sure that is exciting.

east coast city folks

Lol, WV is Sorta east coast and we have much much much smaller cities than Florida has . Matter of fact some of your counties have more population than our entire state. Come on Up to WV if ya want to be away from a city of ya want to find a secluded spot, if you want to live in the only state completely inside of the Appalachian mountains.
The weather folk like to refer to us as Mid-Atlantic lol . As a matter of fact the mason-dixon line runs through our state in the upper panhandle and 99% of the state is technically in the south .

Ahh, Florida; the genuine geographical anomaly. It’s the only place in the world where the more north you go, the more South you get.

Thanks guys ! I’m glad to be back , Florida is one of my homes …I’ve spent 16 years down here already but just in West Palm . I figure I have a few more good years so who knows I may end up somewhere else lol. Everybody comes to a point where all you need is a change. This one’s mine
