Hello All,
Will be replacing my dash speakers and also want to do some general cleaning on my 2023 Gladiator.
Tried to remove the wipers so I can drop the windshield, no go.
Do I need a special puller? Is there a trick to this?
Thank you for your time,

I saw a video on this once, but still haven’t tried it on mine. I don’t recall there being any special tools. I’ll look for the video.

Get a fine, small flat head screw driver and a rag. Place the screw driver at the crack of the base of the dome where it meets the arm and ā€œbumpā€ the end of the screw driver with the palm of your hand and the dome cap will pop up. The rag with the screw driver will prevent any scratches the screw driver might make.

I’m assuming the same method with a plastic trim tool would work, decreasing the likelihood for scratches. I use a trim tool for getting the wheel hub covers off from the outside, so I can grease axle shafts without removing wheels.

No you have me wanting to lower my windshield to see if I get pulled over. I’m assuming I would pretty quickly. :)

Once the nut is off, you may find you need a small gear puller to actually pull the wiper arm off the threaded shaft. They’re a tight fit. You might be able to work them off without (I wasn’t). And it should get easier with repeated removal as you enlarge the hole in the arms a little

I don,t plan on driving around with the windshield down, just cleaning and maintenance.
I know about the cap and the nut, no problem. Just cannot remove the arm.
I have a tie rod puller that I think might work. Seems like overkill but that thing is really stuck on there.
Thanks for the replies, I think the puller will do it!

If it does not come off you can always try this tool.
OTUAYAUTO Battery Terminal and Wiper Arm Puller from Amazon.

I took both of my wipers completely off 2 weeks ago to add a 30" lightbar on the hood area. The small cap comes off first, then it was a BITCH to literally pry off the wipers. I had to use more force then I wanted to, felt like I was going to break something. Then I twisted a little and it broke loose. Be careful not to twist alot (very little) so you don't wear the wipers from the base
