I'm gona need rock rails that double as steps when I can get my hands on mine, mom is short and wants to be able to ride sometimes....I doubt the trampoline option will appeal to her.

Red Rock side rails for the win! I had them on my JLUR...inexpensive, super sturdy, super easy install, served as a light off road rail AND a step rail! Here's a pic of my JLUR with them(not sure when they will have a JT version, I emailed them 2 weeks ago, but haven't heard back)

Any news on these steps for the JT?

@Tacoman03 Would it be possible to mount the JL bars on the JT? the doors are in the same place, so as long as the mounting points line up, and you don't mind it stopping before it reaches the rear wheel well, it might still be doable.

I no longer have the JLUR, and the rails went with it. I am looking for rails/steps that run the entire wheelbase.....the JT has 4 anchor point while the JLUR has 3.

What I was thinking was if the forward 3 anchor points match the JL, it might be doable.

The extensions and other parts are in the square box. Got the stock Rubi rails off and storage box removed from the back seat tonight but it is still over 90 degrees here and I’m done until morning!

I’m assuming you got the step sliders... when you install them, could you get a picture of someone getting in the back, like how good are they for that... that’s what is currently holding me back, I really wish they had extended the step for the gladiator.
