It's been a bit since I put them in my LJ, but I believe the Hotheads are using adhesive Velcro. If so, they might be able to just get new strips for the hardtop side and swap your panels over.
Did my Hotheads a couple months ago - no velcro.

So I checked and apparently we are both right, lol. The Gladiator uses 2 sides tape, my LJ kit uses Velcro

Heard from the dealership yesterday. Replacement of the rear portion of the hardtop has been approved. ETA for the top is 2/11/2021.

FCA has not yet approved replacement for the HotHeads headliner, but the dealership said they were still pursuing and I had to provide a copy of my headliner invoice.
Sorry to hear about your roof leak. If you have any questions regarding your headliner or replacement parts, please let us know and we'll be happy to help.

I have the three piece hard top and noticed a water leak behind the back seat today. It’s coming in from above the sliding window. I know the freedom panels sometimes leak if not seated properly. But I have heard of anything in the back yet. Anyone having a leak back there?

Did you ever get this fixed?

Sounds like the same issue I had. After 2 months of no call backs and bad service from the dealer, I just gave up! Fixed it the other day. No leaks so far aftwr 2 days of heavy rain.

Still waiting now it’s been 10 days since I went to the dealer. They said they will call me. No call or follow up , don’t know the status of my radio or leaking window. No idea when or what should be done to fix this .
I had the same issue. I posted a thread about it.a few days ago. Working good so far & super easy and inexpensive to fix.

Add me to the list.

Rain here today. JT parked in driveway. Rain water leaking, dripping from above pass-through window. Had it one week, 1000 miles.

Today recently I dropped of my truck to the dealer because I recently detected a water leak in my rear cabin. I have a camera in rear view and I’m afraid that my camera got damaged would Jeep help out since they told me at the dealer it’s after market part?
Thanks

Update , my wife took the car to the dealer today to fix the leak since I was working. my wife took the car today. they say is going to be an all day work. She ask for a loaner since I have the jeep wave , they said they have no loaners. Did I mention I live 40 minutes from the dealer? I had to drive to get her after I got out of work and we will have to drive back to pick it up and come back with both cars.DO NOT BELIEVE THE JEEP WAVE PROMISE OF A LOANER IS A LIE.

My dealer has loaners, but I have to request them in advance when scheduling the appointment. Perhaps they have them, but they’re all out?

Update. The window repair said the window is not the problem but a hairline crack on the metal frame the windows attaches to... The dealer ordered a new window that comes with the frame as one piece. It wont be here until mid February . My odyssey started on December 24 if you are still following

Yep, that’s usually what happens to most of them. Ram is having the same issues with the 2019s.

I had mine begin to leak (first time I noticed this) in Oct, 2020. I contacted the local dealer; sent photos and as soon as I got back from vaca, brought it in.

Jan 27, 2020. No response from the dealer.
I've gone in 3x; still no answer, no phone calls back.

It sucks, these guys have been amazing in person and getting my Jeep serviced. I'm usually in and out in 1hr or less and with 25,000 miles driven in 7 months, I've seen them a lot for oil changes, tire rotations, new wheels/tires, etc.

Now, I have the locker light blinking and when I was in there 3 weeks ago, I asked about it also. Still, NO RESPONSE.

To make it worse, I live in WV and the closest dealership is 42 miles, 1 hr away. So, it's not like I can drive by daily...

Same issue here, 2020 with 4k miles. Been at the dealer for over 3 weeks now waiting on the back ordered replacement glass, with an ETA that keeps getting delayed.
